  • I had a chat with customer care and they mentioned below on order status

    Once the item has been shipped, your item will be delivered within 3-10 business days.

    However, for phone that you ordered , it's online exclusive colour, so it takes 3-4 weeks for the delivery.
    There is no time limit for when the order will change to dispatch. Also phone colour cannot be changed after order has been created.

    Bummer!

    The correct way to get all discounts is first delete all in cart, clear cache, clear data, force close the app and then reopen it,login to your account.

    The add in this order
    the phone
    Trade in
    10% Loyalty code
    100$ code
    50$ code
    Lastly the Buds2 or Buds2 pro or the memory card.

    This method always works.

    The final value will be different a due to

    phone price (s23U, flip, fold 256gb, 512gb)
    Youmake product (memory card, flash drive, Buds2, Buds2 pro)

    Don't compare the prices with others. If you think you have a great deal then go for it otherwise You will miss since the items run OOS very fast.

    The above approach will work till Nov 6th which is the last date for #youmake offer.

    • Imho, there's no such thing as always work with Samsung btw :). Even I did the exact same order as what worked previously, it failed on other times. When it works, it works. Even same item on my app & website will behave differently with the codes, and it becomes more difficult the more codes ur stacking. This secret is particularly hard to apply for me, though I did manage to put my order at the end

    • On a high level yes this works. However, you don't have any of the colour combination required to make this work.

      I can guarantee you that there are colour combinations that won't stack or will remove all the codes in your cart once you've added it in.

      And finding out the right colour/variant is 80% of this deal lol

        I completely agree, and it's ironic that what works in terms of colour combinations in the past may not necessarily work in future. All I can say is that a touch of luck might be required.

          Agree on the luck factor and endless combinations!
          I have literally spent 3 full days and early mornings to finalize what combination works for me and my orders went through.
          Spoken to dozens of customer care reps, chat, wait times, disconnections but in the end hard work paid off for me!

          Tip- Try early mornings between 7am and 8am Sydney time when items come back in stock.

                  Buds2 PRO with S23U 256gb
                  Buds2 lavender with flip 5 512gb
                  S23 ultra graphite 512GB with white buds2 pro

                  I picked up these from some of the comments from users and they confirmed the above combination works.

                  For me, the Flip5 combination worked.
                  There could be other combinations as well.

              For some it works and others are just looking to sell it on marketplace or gumtree or receive it first and then request for return.

              • @shivaussie: My question is whether canceling the buds will lead to the cancellation of the phone or affect the refund process. I also canceled the buds, and now the order status shows 'awaiting shipment,' and the estimated delivery date has changed from the 18th, as initially shown after placing the order, to the 20th.

            I would suggest you try doing it with S23U 512gb Graphite.

            • @CodeXD: Sorry, I meant graphite and not grey. Still removes the loyalty discount when I stack youmake.. it actually removes all 3 codes but can't reapply loyalty.

      fold5 has better resale value if you are upgrading within a year.

      if you are keeping long, ultra will have less issues long term ( fold screen is more fragile )

    Phewww!!! Been trying numerous times, eventually did it.
    Fold 5 Blue 1TB + 2x Galaxy Buds 2 for $1518, and managed to lower the cost to $1190 by canceling the Buds.
    Still more expensive than the original deal but I'm more than happy :)

        - add buds
        - change buds quantity to 2 in cart
        - 10% off automatically applied in shop app
        - apply $50 new letter voucher
        - apply 10% off loyalty code
        - apply $100 voucher from chat
        = $1518
        Note: SECRET10 never work for me, otherwise it would have been cheaper.
