          I tried straight away and the CS agent said I can't cancel yet as the order is still in verification stage.

            @mandelbrot: I bought it yesterday afternoon, it is in stage 4 shipped and saying Awaiting dispatch. I cannot find the cancel button in my order page, and the CS in live chat there is no option to cancel the buds since it was under promotion
            I order from the app so not sure is it different from order from website

              @shivaussie: Flip 5 512gb arrived today. I ordered on Tues and cancelled the buds on the same day. Hopefully the refund should come through shortly. Not bad for $505. Now deciding whether to give it to the missus to use, or sell it to Mobile Monster for $1070.

    Guys, pro trick. If you want a loyalty code via chat, make sure the cart is empty. When they see the cart with item and loaded discounts, they come back with system is down bs. Try a different phone with empty cart, and all of a sudden the system is fine and the code is sent. Then I go back to the first fella how "my friend" got a code, I ask him to check again but he sticks to his line. Dodgy bastards.

      I simply said I want to buy a washing machine, microwave oven and another phone for wife.

      They agreed to give me 15% discount for home appliances and 10% code for phone via email by end of today.

              @takutox: Sometimes it may not appear in the system. Just go on to chat and give the order ID and ask them the status while being ignorant about the order disappearing from website.
              If you have screenshot of order then even better.

      My order has this issue with the S23 Ultra. My order was processing since last Friday and disappeared yesterday. Spoke with Chat and apparently my order is 'Suspended' and office team needs to check which is 7-10 business days, they did mention it is not cancelled.

      • I have the same issue with that phone. Best of luck to us I guess. Not sure why our orders are suspended but glad to hear it's not just me!

    • I had this happen in new Zealand when I got my s22. I think the cause I had was I ordered without rewards, so can Elle's and then reordered with the account set up to get the rewards. Their system the cancelled the second order as a duplication and they refused to do anything about it.

        I had originally had $420 trade-in for my flip4, but when i removed it and replaced with the "generic buds $1" the price ended up where it is, which was honestly even less than I was expected, so I hit the go button.

  • If people only need 1 pair of buds, wouldnt it be better to just buy 1 pair of buds to get a 15% bundle discount as getting a 2nd pair only saves you an extra 5%?
    5% of 2799 = 139.95 which is less than the cost of the buds (199.20 after the 20%) so the extra discount doesnt even cover the cost of adding an extra pair.
    Obviously, if you want an extra pair of buds, then this isnt applicable.

      You're not wrong, it does cost more to get the second buds.

      I was weighting up the options buying S23U 512gb.

      S23U 512gb + 1 x buds2 came to around $1030.

      S23U 512gb + 2 x buds2 came to around $1079.

      I got the 2 x buds2 and then cancelled just the buds it on the order page so I ended up with the 20% and didn't have to pay for the buds.

        The cancelling of buds is only a newer thing people found out about so i wasnt referring to people doing that
