  • Hi Rep

(Off topic) I'm looking for older but brand new phones like HTC Desire HD or Samsung Galaxy S
Can you source them or they are obsolete these days? I'm not preferring eBay Second Hand…

Are you sure there is no price error here?

    • -2

They'll wait for everyone to place their order then claim pricing error then take their time refunding the funds,do not deal with this company.

      • Interesting negative vote. Attached is the link to this customers comment in question (Feel free to read the full details - http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/80291?page=1#comment-103424… )

        • That link takes you through to one of your comments,my comment is further down the page which explains how i'm stuck with a case and car mount kit that i would need to resell at a loss and after explaining my situation and how i would still be willing to purchase the phone if i could get a small discount all you said was The correct price for this phone was $359.How is that in anyway acceptable customer service?

        • Sounds like vendor from Australia 1.0…
who needs to know we're now in Au 2.0

Upgrade this vendor to AU 2.0 (ie, -better- customer service).

There are some major difference between this deal and the one posted last week:

        • This deal is posted by a REP and the last one was posted by a community member. I believe the REP wouldn't knowingly post a pricing error, judging from his posting history
        • This deal is posted at 10AM in the morning, whereas the last one was posted at 11PM, outside the business hour leaving the business little time to rectify the problem.
        • This deal features two mediocre feature phones that are far from "desirable item", whereas the last one was Samsung Galaxy Nexus (not the best, but still a very good Android phone). Big expectation draws big disappointment when the deal falls apart.
        • Besides, we have to acknowledge that $279 for GN delivered smells "pricing error". It's hard to get even Nexus S at this price.

          An offer is an Offer… a deal… a deal.

A business should check & double-check -each- offer, -before- pressing [Post].

Why are you so "forgiving" of a sloppy business practice?

Don't be afraid to expect Good Business Practice from -every- business that offers products & services in AU.

        • Thankyou Scotty

  • Is it on android?

$14.80 shipping on a $39 item no thanks

    • You better buy at 2 items so you can save postage

Great! So, -encourage- vendors, who -overprice- shipping (ie, the old eBay trick) to do more of it, to increase sales.

IMO, OzB members should be Consumer-friendly, NOT defending -inefficient- or -overpricing- businesses.
