      I haven't been able to. When I click on it, it changes to the normal price and says it will be charged immediately. Did you do anything different in your purchase process that you could suggest? Appreciate any help mate.

        I had the same issue, but decided just now to see what would happen, as the offer/wording was quite inconsistent from page to page.

        I was indeed charged full price immediately :(

        Just thought I'd let you know so only one of us needs to chase up a refund!

        Might not be of much use - but I ended up just buying a few 12 month global codes and upgrading them. Didn't try any of the VPN stuff as I couldn't find enough on whether they still worked

      VPN still works great, my go-to is a turkey code from eneba for 12 months plus an upgrade to ultimate for $1 as long as one of these deals is active.

      You can do it as long as you have no active subscription, so the answer is yes.
      But remember it's now 3:2 not 1:1 for GPC(Core) to GPU(Ultimate).
