No graphics card would be better than this
This essentially isn't a graphics card, in the sense it isn't for anything 3d. It's to provide video out with very low power draw for something like a server or maybe htpc that doesn't have on board.
But yeah the price is dumb. Fully archaic components, $50 seems more reasonable.

If wanting more cores then 5700G, also it's a fair bet that alot of the Intel IGPU's are more powerful than this GT 730 by now as well.
EDIT: research shows the Ryzen 5300G is also more than twice as fast.
I think most people who want a LP card are after something they can shove in an ex-office SFF machine that are regularly posted here as a "refurb" for a cheap price.

Have had my eye on a GT 730 for a low profile XP retro build. Not sure this Zotac makes much sense though for that or much else - taking into account the sort of games these are any good for playing, I suspect it's inferior to the GDDR5 models regardless of the extra RAM. The Asus GDDR5 variant with passive cooler currently goes for $79 + delivery.

The power draw is too high on a quadro. They'll idle at about 30w or so.

I get why some people want this. Low power, passive cooled so no noise….these go ok for media centre applications, signage etc….but realistically nowadays for the price you are better off just putting this money to a CPU with better integrated graphics and keeping that quiet
I had a similar ultra low end GPU like this one, I used it in a server build purely to make it a headed system with a GUI. These sort of GPUs have a use.
Not sure why would you get this cards as there are better alternatives that can be get for cheaper or at the same price of this card.
This is an anti-bargain considering the vastly superior cards that can be had used or even new!!

My theory is sellers stock stuff like this as a direct swap for replacing parts where they don't care about the value. ie. wealthy trader is running multiple screens and GPU fails. They need to be up and running yesterday and would rather get a known exact replacement than waste 30 mins researching a better deal. Or their IT guys can pass on the $500 cost for a part and they won't question it.
This also has VGA, so it might be a good replacement for the many rusted-on corporate machines out there. Lots of Windows XP-toting machines out there who's only job is to run a display that alerts them when the pizza oven needs servicing etc etc.
Still obviously terrible value and I hope to god noone here is buying it.

If this is for an old system that lacks onboard graphics, and is to be used for plex/emby, then the MSI GeForce GT 1030 2GH LP OC is much better. It has hdmi and DP (only card in 1030 range with both), and supports every major video codec except av1. They go for around $130.
$111.90 for a GPU that is weaker than the modern iGPUs is a bit much to ask.
