Note OZB will cover the lunch buffet of 35 dollars, anything else you order, it would be self funded.

Rules :

- Please pay refundable deposit of 5 dollars to confirm your registration - will DM users ~1 week prior
- 5 dollars will be refunded if cancellation notice are given before 15 Nov 2023 - 12 pm

- However by you bringing kids, you have consented to pay for your kids age 4-7 years old $20 & above 7 years old is 35 dollars direct to restaurant

Attend one, or at most two events that you are not organising. If you have already attended one or two meetup events this year, let someone else have a chance, especially as some of the events are capped.
Please do not create new accounts just for the meetups. Organiser should be able to set rules to block accounts that are too new.
Make sure you are attending the events that you have registered for! You can see the list of events under settings → events page. Do not leave the events registered "just in case". If you do not think you are able to come, click on Cancel Registration on those events so those on the waitlist can have a chance. There will actually be a new black badge this year — No Show for those who did not turn up to events that they have registered for, which might impact their ability to register for events in coming years.

I think it's best to let everyone know this is the third Brisbane meetup running this month.

This is the third, I'd go if I wasn't already committed to one of the other meetups.
Shabuhouse has been used previously for meetups, sounds like a good choice. As your cap is 15, Big Roddy's Ribs at South Brisbane could be an alternative location, we had 20 people there at the meetup in 2019.
