            @thiccglutes: It's meant to be a meal replacement. It doesn't work if you're already in a surplus.

        Hey thiuccglutes,

        thanks for the reply, obviously its horses for courses and these shakes can only appeal to the majority at best. From that same page it's assumed three square meals a day, two of which are replaced.
