That looks like a unique code… One use onlyaybe

    • It looks like a personalized code… With Plus I have one available for use with this item that looks like: PLUS5CXXXXXXXXX

These $150 kits are discontinued by Telstra ?
Nearest option on their website is for $160
What are the inclusions in the $150 kit ?

    • 10 dollars price hike

  • +12
  • Can this be used to recharge an existing service or is it new customer only?

    • no.

      • -1

        Helpful.

  • +1

    1yr as Mobile Broadband

    • it's $160 now.

      • So this can definitely be used for the data plan? I just need a hotspot for my car’s headunit to run google maps and Spotify, this plan would be perfect for that at this price when mobile data plans seems to have gone crazy right now.

        • +1

It’s the exactly same pack I bought for my Arli Go. You get to choose mobile or mobile broadband when you register it

          • @rpb: So it’s basically like the Belong SIM then I take it?

Perfect, don’t have much need for data just more needing something that saves me from having to hotspot my phone whenever I need it 👍🏻

      • Yup, plenty for the old man’s iPad

        • Hi, can I verify whether that sim can activate as the mobile broadband.
Through eBay production description I checked it is for either pre-paid mobile or pre-pad mobile casual plan. There were no any mention mobile broadband.

Can you help for mobile broadband data plan only?

          • @Doro: I can only say what I said before. It’s the exactly same pack I used and chose mobile broadband when registering it and got 1yr 60GB

            • @rpb: OK, I will try one as well.
May I know how long will it ship to Monash area, Vic.

  • +1

I got the boost one $200 sim for $89

    • Where?

    • +1

      Same (though $94).
Lets see if it ships :)

      • Yeah i have doubts, was 8 available

      • +1

        shipped!

    • +1

same, good deal made me jump back on whole year plan instead of month to month portings (also given now lack of other sims to give $0-1 or profit portings other than boost

    • Me too but how much data is that?

    • Have you received your sim? They said it had to be activated by the 17th this month. They still posted the sims despite sending them a message telling them I would not be activating them for a couple months.

      • +1

Just got mine today, expire on 21st Nov 2023

  • Out of stock

  • Question, if I buy 700GBs of Belong data (gifted) how long will it last for?

  • Boost Mobile All the Way.

And they are in stock too.

    • +1

      Link please?

  • anymore boost ones

  • 60Gb? seems good…

  • There's a lot to go through, does anyone know how this is different from Boost's offerings?

  • My order is cancelled

    • For the boost? Or this telstra?

      • Telstra

    • I ordered Boost Mobile $300 starter pack for $150 and got shipment confirmation a couple of hours ago.

      • Same ordered $200 one and got the shipping confirmation. Tracking is not working though so until I receive it not sure if it was real.
Last year similar boost sim too good to be true deal provided fake sims.

        • Same on the $200.
Fingers crossed for legit Sims :)

          • @SBOB: Be careful. I ordered Boost sims from three.sons for same price. Sent a message to enquire about the activation date. Mentioned I won't be activating for a couple months. They replied they had to be activated by the 17th this month and still send the sims. Going to fight this till the end.

            • @unity1: For $95 I'm fine with immediate activation, as long as they activate

              • @SBOB: Well it's just dishonest not advertising the sim expires in a matter of days when usually sims come with a long expiry date.

                • @unity1: My amaysim plan is expiring on 21st, so hopefully it turns up before 17 if it expires on 17th.

                  • +1

                    @4kbargain: Mine was delivered today…
An empty envelope with no boost mobile Sim card.

Now to raise an item not as described but no idea how I explain nothing turning up .

                    100% dodgy at this point.

                    • @SBOB: Did yours get delivered by Australia Post? Mine was marked posted on Monday 13th and due to arrive today. It didn't arrive nor is the item tracking. Fortunately seller is going to be kind enough to organise a refund when the SIMs get delivered given the short expiry date of 17th November 2023.

                      • @unity1: Delivered by Australia Post, but in an unpaid for parcel post with a postage due sticker on the outside.
                        Pretty dodgy overall.

                        • @SBOB: Mine still not delivered yet. I was expecting something like this fake sim or empty ( thats whole new level) and will now record the whole video of opening the envelope for proof.

                        • @SBOB: I hope you receive your refund without any hassles.

                          • @unity1: It should be pretty straight forward because there will be multiple people raising refunds.

                            • @4kbargain: Did the same happen to you?

                              • @unity1: Last year purchased similar boost deal and the seller sent the fake simcard. The refund was pretty quick and straightforward as there were many raising refund.

                          • @unity1: need to wait till the delivery date elapses before you get the option to raise a dispute/item not as described issue.
I sent pics to the seller with a please explain/refund or send what i ordered but no response yet.

                            • @SBOB: If they send a replacement make sure it's longer dated than 17/11/23.

                        • @SBOB: What do you need to do with that sticker? I got that too.
And the sim that i got does not work it say it is invalid, expired or already exists.

                          • @B612:

What do you need to do with that sticker? I got that too.

nothing, i assume as its been delivered australia post just doesnt care, whereas if it was left at the post office likely need to pay it before collection.

I've raised an item not as described, but as all i can do is include photos of an empty envelope im not sure what the end result will be.

                            • @SBOB: I did the same, might need to return the item.
i hope i don't need to pay for the postage and fork out more money

                              • @B612: Just received mine. Mine was all taped up. Looks like the sim was already used or something. They even had handwritten mobile number there. Thankfully I recorded everything from start to the sim number.

The sim number is giving error like its already used or invalid or expired. Sim is expiring on 23 so I assume this has already been used and they jsu sent us junk.

Will be raising the request for refund now.

                            • @SBOB: This is the response I got from Boost chat.

Got it! Thank you. As per checking, this sim serial has been activated already and was disconnected. I highly suggest that you return the sim to the seller since this is already an invalid sim kit. Please be advised as well that eBay is not an authorized reseller of Boost so Boost is not responsible if it turns out that your sim is invalid. We highly encourage you to purchase Boost sim kits to authorized resellers only or to the Boost website to make sure that you will be provided a valid sim kit.

                              • @4kbargain: Mine arrived today. Both SIM packets had been opened and taped back closed with tape. I've just initiated a return the item request. I got a message from ebay telling me a return label would be sent out to me, so hopefully postage is covered.

                            • @SBOB: Seller via separate messaging said they would refund but then said they couldn't until I closed the eBay return/refund request.
Not falling for that one, definitely some dodgy seller behaviour going on

                              • @SBOB: Yes I received the same message from them too this afternoon. They sent a return label, but I think we have to wait for eBay to generate the return label. Is that correct?

                                • @unity1: & @SBOB any updates on your refund?

                                  • @B612: My sims were just received this morning by the seller. I’ll let you know when I receive a response.

                                  • @B612: they kept wanting me to cancel the ebay return request.
Return aus post label was made available yesterday (no response from seller to that request so it had to wait the 3 day automated period) so now just need to make time to get to PO to drop it off.

Seller has definite dodgy vibes for sure.

                                    • @SBOB: I was sent an email by ebay acknowledging the seller had received the returned package. Refund would be received by 27/11/23

                                      • @unity1: Seller has now refunded.

                                        • @unity1: same, but not in to my card yet.
                                          hopefully by Monday.

                                          • @B612: Yes, the message from eBay says it may take 3 to 5 business days

                                            • +2

@unity1: Finally got my refund, what a wasted of time

    • Yeah my Telstra SIM order cancelled as well :(

      • +1

I got a phone call from them and I flipped shit that they shouldn't be calling me. Send an eBay message

  • my-phonez is super dodgy. Should be banned.
They are cheating AusPost by attaching a ParcelPost label (so its trackable per eBay rule) but they only paid the rate for a letter (massively underpaying). AusPost is aware and they catch this sort of BS. In the end, you the buyer will be out of pocket because you'll need to pay the owed postage.

    • Yeah same sh*t happened with me. The seller didn't pay full price for the postage so it wasn't delivered to my house and I went to the mentioned Post Office and Australia Post asked me to pay $9.75 for it. I left the parcel uncollected and contacted with the seller and yesterday he replied that he will refund me the postage. I also opened a case with eBay and got a message from the seller this morning to close the case.
Should I pay $9.75 and collect the sim or just ask for refund straight away?
The last date to collect the parcel from Australia Post is 30/11/23

      • a message from the seller this morning to close the case.

Nope, never close it until you get your money back, they're trying to dodge responsibility.

he replied that he will refund me the postage

They'll prob take the 'refund' out of your payment for the sim, which means if you have to return the sim because it doesn't work (with this seller, expect the worst), you'll be 9.75 out of pocket.

The envelope is missing a return address too, worth checking with Auspost about this, if the return-to-sender can still work after the collection window expires.

        • Yeah you guessed it right. There was no return address mentioned on the back of the envelope.
If I won't collect it and apply for the cancellation (which I'm gonna do today), do you think I would still get my refund?
BTW, I paid via PayPal but doesn't know how to raise a complaint through PayPal as I never been into a case like that before.
          I really appreciate your help.

      • Should I pay $9.75 and collect the sim or just ask for refund straight away?

The sim sent to me had less than a week before it expired and this wasn't mentioned anywhere. You can get the seller's address through the ebay free return label so AusPost prob can return it to sender and slap them the fee.

        • I'm surely gonna do that.
Thanks for your support mate. I really appreciate that 🙏🏻

    • Same happen to me with ebay seller three.sons. Are they the same people?

  • +1
