    I bought the phone at $1087. Found out about the harvey norman deal after I made the purchase, which could have made it cheaper by 130$ after price match. I haven't opened the box yet. Do Jb hifi pay the difference of the low price offered on other store?
    If not then If I return it would I get the tradein bonus coupon back?

          I did a price match with HN in store this morning and used my $500 coupon.

          When negotiating price with the sales person, I wouldn't mention anything about the coupon or any gift cards that you plan to use. You only need to bring those out at the register and by then you are dealing with the cashier and not the sales person.

      I was able to get through to an online sales rep and they were still happy to price match against HN. YMMV, I guess…

      There were no Big W gift cards left… the squaretrade coupon worked and I got the 5% GC and brought it down to $900.60 out of pocket.

      Secret is not to tell anyone that you are using the coupon. Just ask for price match, and scan the barcode at the counter. Unless the system stops using the barcode after a manual price match.

      You don't have to send the watch in. Theyll just charge you the pre authorisation amount which is hopefully $1. Check your bank account

      You don't need to cancel the trade in today. if you don't use the trade in gift card they give you you can cancel tomorrow.

    Hi all,

    I have order this deal. they request for my driving license and my face regonision for my old phone trade-in. After they approved my identity, They send me the coupon. so i use that coupon the order the phone. I filled up my credit card and my personal information and paid. My bank did notify me the payment at the time when i press the finish the order. JB sent me an email said my order has been cancelled.They said my order of $ has failed their verification process and cancelled. I was panic and not sure why they cancell my order and bank did notify me the transaction. I check again of my credit card. they charge was disppear. So i try contact JB fom that email and they forward me to the robot talk yesterday. I went to JB at highpint this morning. the staff was help me contact the department whoever he/she is. and explain what happen to my order. Your order has been cancelled by our verification system.
    A possible cause for the decline can be due to a mismatch of billing details when checked against what the bank has on file for the card used. Anyway. the support team sent me email in the afternoon and request :
    Are you the card holder paying for this order?
    What are the email and phone number associated with the bank account?
    If the card belongs to someone else what are their email and phone number?
    So I told them i am not disclosed my bank details to them. they insist I have to give them my phone number and email associated with my bank account. This is a little bit too much to cross my privacy in my terms.
    I went back to the JB hifi shop and the manager is helping me to discuss with them as she is kind of agree this term is NQR. I am still waiting for their responds.
    I just wonder is anyone have the same experience with this order?

          Go through square trade up contact us page to cancel the trade in lol

          Make sure they take the amount back from the gift card, don't let them charge your card tell you to keep the gift card

              @900dollaridoos: Refund money will go back to however you paid.

              Coupons/Vouchers are usually forfeited during refunds. Gift cards amount will either go back to the old gift card or they might be able to issue you a new one.
