    Hey all, noticed a few comments asking if the Westpac cashback is limited to one transaction. I purchased two items today as separate transactions and both were individually tracked with Shopback+Wespac.

        Tracking time was inconsistent and how it was tracked was also different. Tracking for first purchase took around 30 mins and the tracking email included both Shopback and Westpac. Tracking for the second item was split into two emails with Shopback and Westpac separate, and took over an hour.

        Individually the cashback was below the cap, but combined I exceed the cap, so the caps only appear to apply per transaction.

      mines are tracked (westpac) but the original Myer ones are in 'Calculating' status. They are very clear falling in the 24% category. Don't know why. will wait and see. 24% is a bigger number than the westpac cashback bonus.

        I just posted about this. It ended early it says. When I click the icon still on my app under the lounge. Seems they ended it early which annoyed me. Returned my chemist warehouse order as they sent the wrong gift set. Only to Goto Myers to buy theirs (right one) and the deals gone. So now I'm having to reorder a second chemist warehouse order. Sigh.

        I also can't see one of the black friday offers. There were 2 - one about spending at 3 retailers and one about spending $300 in stores. So not sure if they cut out with participant numbers. Which sucks for everyone trying. Guess that's how they get you since nor everyone makes the cut but has made a purvhase or two

      Hey mate, occasionally Westpac can take a day or so to come through so it may just be that there's a lot of purchases at the moment that have delayed tracking.

              @Poombear: I have the same issue with my new Westpac Flex Mastercard (which I got expressly for Westpac Lounge access). I've tried adding the card using both the website and the app, same error message either way. The account doesn't come with a physical card as it's just a virtual card with that dynamic CVC that changes every day, but I've tried both yesterday and today with different CVCs and it didn't make a difference.

              I've contacted support via the live chat on their website just now. They asked for a screenshot and some details about the card (and I sent them a link to your comment too to back me up), but they weren't able to do anything immediately except escalate the problem.

    Missed the 24% window. I pulled the plug on a chemist warehouse set this morning. They sent me the wrong perfume set. Website page was wrong.same brand but different accompanying stuff in set.

    Meanwhile a set at Myers I've come back to buy afterwards no longer has this 15%. And now the kicker that I missed the upsized 24% on fragrances. Doh. Super annoyed now!

        @gotyourback Can you please confirm this is the case? There is no specific wording on the Myer page like eBay, where it says the whole cart will be ineligible if something is cancelled.

        I just got one of my items in my cart cancelled unfortunately, and they don't allow order cancellations.
