I just downloaded it myself and tested it. In my opinion it's better than this popular deal.

Instructions how to get:
For Android

  • Download the app
  • Follow the prompts (e.g accept terms & conditions)

        Got it thanks! But looks like deleting the app will also remove purchase history unless clicking the link again even if clicking restore purchases. It’s better not to delete the app.

        Edit - just found out you can’t actually use the navigation on IOS unless subscribing. Better use Waze.

      This one reports them in the background when connected to Bluetooth, instead of having to open the map and use navigation. Good for when you're going to and from work where you don't need a map.

      Do you still have ads? It shouldn't have ads. I think the steps for iOS are:

      • Download the app from the link

      • get out from the app. Re-visit the link

      • the pro version should apply that way

    Looking through the legal mumbo, they give your all your information to a number of 3rd party organisations, who I have never heard of and Facebook. Yeah, I know this is normal, it's just that it would be nice that, just for once your info didn't get sent out to all and sundry.

      Happened to me as well. Once the apps was installed, it open and displayed digital-memberahip-premium.com page, stated that I can subscribe for free. Thought this one from the original app, I entered my card info, and it charged me $62.91.

      Sent email but didnt get any reply yet. Block my credit card and contact the bank.

      Followed all the prompts, downloaded, used code, said success, doesn't show membership, try to 'restore purchase', says PRO active, enjoy! And then still doesnt have pro functionality.

      Signed up to an account using google, restored purchase again, said pro active again, still doesn't show as pro, nor have functionality of pro.

      Got in car, connected to android auto, open app…

      To use Radarbot on your car's display, you need to be a Gold member.

      Anyone actually managed to use it connected to android auto?

      Doesn't seem like OP tested actual functionality past "does the code work"

    This app comes with a scam advertisement that looks legit. The ad asked me to register to use the app, and then enter credit card details to verify the account. Good thing that I stopped at that…

    I've just sent a message to support about getting the iOS version.

    Interested in the Nav part as it has the option of dimensions and weights and use on CarPlay which would be good to use on my Carpuride screen in the motorhome.

    It's not clear if Gold is better than Pro.

    Question on Waze - does anyone know how to make Waze alert both visual and audio when approaching fixed or mobile speed camera? Lot of times, there is only visual alert but if you're not looking at phone screen then, you're likely to miss it since there's no audio alert. This is on IOS.

      Asked in another thread. For Waze, if your speed at the time is lower than the limit then Waze may not audibly warn you since you are already lower than the speed limit. I think this needs to change along with new feature for seatbealt and mobile camera detector

      I also think Waze should alert us sooner to speed cameras too - as the new T series (not that new now) point backwards and catch you as you approach the camera, rather than going past it.

    Excellent deal. I paid for a year a few years ago and whilst it was good not worth the quite high cost.

    My issue with Waze is that it doesn't always warn you of speed cameras. If you aren't speeding when the alert distance comes up you won't get a warning. Of course if you then increase your speed you may get pinged.

      I noticed the same on iPhone, which is pretty silly, I'd like to be aware of cameras no matter my current speed (one of the main reasons I am using Waze).
