And just like that. Boom! Another heymix sale. These deals keep running hot.

    • I think because the equivalent lencent power strip is the same price

The other heymix items have discounts, albeit without the 50% coupon

Well that one went straight over your head

        • +3

          He is not plugged in!

      • +1

Their phone chargers keep exploding, They are a very low quality brand with fake retail prices, the sale prices are the real price, and because they're made to sell so cheap, they keep exploding/failing, A vicious loop

        • How many reports of explosions have there been? I swear there are more comments on OzB about it than actual occurrences.

          • +2

@smartazz104: I’ve got five of their PD boards and no explosions or issues at all.

          • +1

@smartazz104: I got a 3 pack, they were meant for others, but I tested 1, the usb plug broke and I could see how a short circuit could easily happen when it's not attached but I don't think the normal exploding HeyMix problems are related to that. You can also read the Amazon review comments about them exploding, not just OzB people.

            • @bobvegas: Ive got multiple 140w usb c chargers from them that are working great.

Can't see the 50 percent off. But I can see the 50 percent off my house.

    • +1

      Oh boy

    • +1

      Should have gone to specsavers

  • I will try it for travel as its really good price but not sure about their claim for SAA certification as I can't find it.

    • +10

Better to burn down the hotel than your house?

  • +3

Cheap! Supplies should be extinguished exhausted pretty quicky

  • +1

Bought two, thanks heaps OP, awesome chargers!

    • -4

      For your 2 future houses?

  • +1

My landlord wishes I would buy this. He just upgraded the building insurance and is looking for the most profitable exit from the house.

    • I’ve heard about the good old days when you could burn your rubbish…

  • +1

    Got one thanks op

  • +4

Bought and could confirm it has legit RCM certification. HEYMIX is a mixed bag of quality, this is a rare OEM with safety mark.

    • Thanks bought one

    • Just the reassurance i was looking for thanks

  • +1

I have two of these and had no issues.

  • +1

    Grabbed 1 Thanks 🙏

    • +1

      Appropriate emoji usage.

  • +1

Thanks OP got the white one. Black version is now 20% off only

  • Excellent deal bout one

  • Would this be suitable for charging a Sonos Roam? (dumb question I'm sure, but I'm totally confused by charging tech and specs)

    • Cheers, grabbed one.

  • -3

    Do Heymix make smoke detectors?

  • +1

i cant see 50% off for the white one in checkout

  • +3

    These are fairly decent.

3/5 cacti - they're unlike typical heymix quality likely because they're rebranded decent stuff to begin.

fwiw I don't recommend heymix products lightly after having destroyed $1000+ worth of gear from them.

    • The SmoothCactus has spoken, that settles it!

  • Grabbed 1 thanks ☺️

  • Perfect to use for travel. I used couple of other Heymix products and it's really good

  • looks like both colors are back in stock with the 50% coupon.

  • For future owners of this product. A flaw is if one of the USB ports is connected and being used, it will be turned off momentarily when you connect the other USB port. AKA, poor design. Edit, for some reason, amazon reviews are locked on this product.
