Not sure how good this is but I always wanted some power tool for grunt scrubbing, floor/wall/kitchen/glass cleaning work.
There are drill converter kits out there for cheaper but depending on your drill type might not be a good replacement.

I have this. Unfortunately battery life isn't long enough. It's ok, I bought a drill adaptor that screws onto my Dremel scrubber and has a much larger surface and allows the use of cheap large scrubbing pads
I have a drill and a conversion set too. Unfortunately my drill is quite slow (and high torque) so as I said, drill conversion sets aren’t suitable for every drill.
Yep, decent for small cleans, battery life is quite short.

Hate using chemicals that reek or having to scrub til my hands and arms give out.
Nah it's not a magical product. Glass water stains are hard to get rid of. Even using the sanding pad doesn't really work. I haven't found the right chemical cleaner yet, but not overly bothered.
It's cheap and easy to get rid of water marks and soap scum. Although proceed with caution.
Get some caustic soda/lye/sodium hydroxide and make up a solution. Best to mask and glove up because the shit is corrosive and that mixture will get hot. If you're spraying, maybe use a respirator. Rinse well.
I use a buffing machine on my shower glass. I used use a drill but all that excess water rusted the bit holder.
