how is this exclusive to Money Mag if you also post it here???

EDIT: lol.. I love the clause in the terms which reads "24. Not legal advice. ZeeWill is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice"

Agreed. Why create a coupon code for Money Mag if you weren't trying to track the efficiency of your advertising there? Why not create a seperate coupon for Ozbargain so you can tell where your customers are coming from?

*Marketing and advertising efficiency consultant available for hire here. ;)

    a) I have no confidence in putting my entire estate in an inheritance vehicle produced by a company called 'Zeewill', even if they were German.

Nor do I don't want my will to read…."I leave zee house to zee wife and kids".

    b) Wait for the yearly Law Week freebie, which is from a real law firm.

    • i wonder who will have access to all the info about your assets ???

      • Zee Germans.

      • Aren't people dying to find out?

      • I wonder how many posts a day jv posts "I wonder …" in on average.

    • http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/70042 sounds like a good offer

If your affairs aren't complicated, then there is no problem with these kinds of wills.

The simple, to my wife and if she dies before me equally between my children equally etc. is not too complicated.

Just remember if you get married to someone, even if you have been living with them for years, you will need a new will. Better grab another one too if you get divorced.

But no matter the cost of the will, you can still get someone who was deliberately left out of the will or given a smaller share go to court and waste a whole lot of money out of the estate just because they are morons.

    • if divorced simple will will not do
