    Got these at ~140 some time back. I have been using it for rear seated Fokker 70 flights recently and ANC does very well to subdue the cabin noise, as long as you fit the correct tips to get a good seal. ANC feels better than my old Samsung earbuds 2.

                  @lastkey: MobileCiti would've been better off cancelling the orders since the amazon order summary shows clearly it's for the liberty 4 NC instead of substituting it. But I'm hoping Amazon can extend their assistance if MobileCiti in this case causes the dispute process to be difficult…

                    @jerdp: Yea. That's what I thought. In the worst case, if it is a listing error, the order will be cancelled but they posted the wrong item.

      Trying to cancel my order of the white ones now while it's not showing as despatched yet after seeing your comments… I also noticed the order thumbnail is that of the P20i even though it's still linking back to the liberty 4 nc's. It is a shame indeed but appreciate your heads up and no fault of the OP's for the incorrect listing :)

          I failed to cancel mine which got despatched today (coincidentally after I called MobileCiti support number and confirmed they were sending the P20i)… Gotta wait for it to arrive now before I can raise the dispute.

          I messaged them again yesterday via amazon and was told that they'll issue the refund once their refunds team confirms receipt of the return… that said I replied back with a screenshot of the auspost tracking that confirms the item has already been delivered back. Hoping no need to further chase them up and the refund gets processed in another day or two.

      I've posted mine back via the return label emailed to me by mobileciti after messaging them directly on their amazon storefront before I even received mine…but since you already got yours you can probably just raise a return request via your orders page.
      Just not sure if anyone here has already received a refund.

            @jerdp: Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have reached out multiple times to Amazon customer service and they have opened an A-Z claim for me however that is still pending their decision. All the seller says via messages is they will check with their returns department to confirm the item has been recieved back to them (I have sent them the Australia Post returns reciept and tracking info) This task has now taken over two weeks for them to achieve and is still not sorted.
