    • Listed for $50, but no one is buying. Still a good deal, but it isn't actually a $50 charger.

  • +2

Yr bunnings is better than mine, I legit just bought 2 at a price of $15 each! on Thursday (Bunnings Underwood)!
I'm going to put them around the kitchen or lounge room.

  • Wouldn't surprise me this gets recalled… They have on so many occasions sold at cheap clearance price and then they become faulty… Have purchased many different varieties of click chargers and power point with integrated chargers that are faulty after a few months of regular use…

    • have one in the next room! lol

        • how do you see the minimum price of $15? It shows $25 for me at Belmont

  • +17

I don't suppose you took a picture of the sale tag? That would have the Item Number that we can use to check stock levels.

Stores with stock here and heaps all over the country

Seems whoever reported the deal for insufficient quantity should fact check next time 😜

    • +1

Shows up as $25 on that site, seems like that's the shelf price and op just git lucky on a heavy markdown?

      • +1

That's pulling the last price from the API, so if the price was never reduced on the website before being removed it's not going to show the price OP got. Clearly a manager special.

    • Not the same price at all stores, some have it for $22 , others for $18 and lowest i could find was $8

      • $25 for me, Croydon VIC.

      • Yep that's usually how most Bunnings clearances work and stores don't like to price match.

  • Details lacking ¯_(ツ)_/¯

35W for charging laptop? I think you need atleast a 65w charger for that.

    • +1

It depends. My 33W Motorola phone charger charges my 12 inch Macbook. Yup, I was surprised too

    • +1

It depends on the laptop. My xps 13 takes 25w while on, and 18 when off

Hey @glyptothek, can you share your receipt so I can attempt to price match?

  • good price

  • Can you check price at Mandurah WA? Thanks

  • any one know the price at Kingsgrove NSW?

  • Could anyone let me know the price at Stafford QLD?

    • +1

Just got back from Stafford, unfortunately $13.

      • Worth it for me, $13 is still a good price for this product. Most phone's unless brand spanking new support 33w charging which this is good for. Plus it has the inlet through which you can plug other appliances through and use in the kitchen. I recommend it.

    • $7.50 today

  • Price @ Frankston VIC?

    • $25 and 67 in stock

  • +1

Pretty useless without any proof or photo of the price tag/receipt.

  • Please post receipt if you can

  • If the total output of the USB ports is limited to 35W, it means as soon as you use 2 ports, there is a chance you get no PD support. It is doubtful that PD port is smart and will drop to 20W when another port is used, and once 2 more ports are being used, it essentially would have to do standard charging.

Also, only 1 port that supports PD, the rest only support standard 5V USB charging. $4 is worth getting I guess.

  • $4 is a decent deal, if it is $49 on ebay, I will prefer this

    • I got the eBay Cygnett 45w one from JB hi-fi a year ago and it's ok but not great. It can't handle two USB C devices connected at the same time. It interrupts one device to connect the other, even though combined they are less than 45w.

      • I think it all depends on what devices you are charging, I use USB-C to charge my oppo and my partner's iPhone at the same time without any interruption, even with one of the watches kicking in on one of the USB-A

  • Anyone know the price at Dural or Castle Hill?

  • +2

$10 at Windsor Gardens, SA. Both retail and Powerpass.
None on shelf in normal spot, but about 8 left on the aisle end (within 1 aisle of aisle 73, on the escalator end)

  • +3

Has anyone else gotten it for $4??

    Plenty of upvotes?

  • BTW, how are people finding out price at store?

    • -1

Physically going to the store, finding one and scanning it at the self checkout.

      • So what you're saying is, @unity1 is a wizard?

He replied within 3 minutes of someone else asking me what my local store was..

        • He likely has a powerpass membership and can look up the item through there. The item is not listed on the public Bunnings website. But I am unsure if powerpass will give you accurate pricing if the item is listed as clearance inside the store.

As the OP mentioned, his store had it labelled as $7.50, but it scanned as $4 at checkout. In which case, the only way to get accurate pricing is to likely go into the store and check yourself.

Thanks OP. Found 8 for $4 each

  • In stock at Windsor Gardens (SA) for 10$

  • Can someone please check the price at Campbelltown, Narellan, Gregory Hills, Crossroads, Ashfield (ALL NSW)… mainly trying to work out if any of them are under $10.

    • Ashfield $25
