Are two 6 inches better than a 12 inch 🤔

  • +1

Just tried click and collect doesn’t seems working store specific ???

    • I tried it the other day for the six inch and drink deal in the app which showed but didnt work. Was told in store had to be done in the app or online and they couldnt offer in store so didnt bother.

      • Should've told them there's a QR code in the app that can be scanned to claim the deal (if their scanner is even working, my local's weren't so they just put it through manually).

        • Didnt see a QR code pop up for it when i went to offers. This deal doesnt even show in my offers for my local. Honestly, feel its way too over priced these days. These deals are making okay value.

  • I'm assuming this works with the current $6 range?

  • T and C's guys:

Lame so it doesnt work with the app? I cbf going in to the store to see if it works or not

  • +1

There you go participating restaurants only .

Where is the list of restaurants??

Could be restaurants not usually busy. I tried shopping centre didn’t work.

  • Do we need to have an electrician for install

    • Yes

  • Dupe? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/819655

Perhaps not since that requires the app and this just needs the QR code.

No, and that one required drink purchase too.

Another fake Subway offer which only a handful of stores are participating in. Scumbags.

    • I also got this email but the offer doesn't appear in the app, have tried 3 different stores.

    • What?

  • not in app. will drop by when i feel free to.

Last one didn’t work. Another fake offer. Tried multiple stores on the app last time too, could never get it to work.

  • I'm thinking OP just got the "Bring Back 4" reward listed in this deal.

6inch is like 80% of cost of a foot long

    • Yep. Hardly a deal. Most people who want 2 x 6 inches just buy a foot long and choose different salads and sauces on either half

  • I'd like to bring a measurement tape to make sure I'm getting all of the 6", nothing less

    • Lengths would still be the same (as they'd have to be) but they're certainly much thinner now than years ago.

      • No because they use a foot long and cut an approximate half so the tape measure is warranted.

        • If a 6" is all you're getting, then fair enough if you're that worried about it, no problem with these bogof deals though as long as you sight them cut a footlong in half anyway when preparing.

  • nowhere near a bargain, tested and its looking like 17-18 all up. yeh nah

  • it wouldn't let me redeem this offer in the app but went to redeem instore and it worked

  • Not “free” so much as “complimentary”.

  • Better off just getting a sandwich at your local or even from coffee club. Subway tastes watery to me and if you ever speak to an employee in a busy store who has to open those salad tins don't get cleaned properly.

  • Subway was rarely ever "good value", but these days I don't even bother. The 6-inch prices are ridiculous, and the footlongs are hardly any better.

  • Non obtainable. Tried over 20 stores from city to home in app. None are participating. There's no list of participating stores, nothing on subway's website.

  • The worst app I've had the misfortune of using - I wrote that the franchisees will revolt as a comment on the app and they removed it
