      Doesn't state anywhere on the website unfortunately.. unless we can get a rep to confirm, best bet is to activate when bought (or as soon as possible).

      Yes, it's the same for me. I left $5 in my CommBank card, and activate the $1sim by using this card. It won't let me go through.

      @Sprayoz sim comes with 5 day plan starter pack, it will never charge you unless you have chosen the pan again in the journey.
      please reach out to CS team to investigate further and take required action.
