Don’t forget the ShopBack upsize doesn’t start until 12pm

Will the use of voucher code disqualify us from cashbacks?

    Good mouse, highly recommend.

No brainer this one, buy if you can

Close to the best mouse ever made

    • -1

Nah overated, heavy and the rubbery texture of the shell feels rubbish after 6 months.

      • Funny, mine seems to be fine after 2 years….but then i clean it

and if you think its heavy, then i dont know what you'd make of 90%of mice out there…

  • Had a $20 eBay plus voucher so got it for $88 total.

I run through an entry level Logitech mouse every 18months or so before right click button wears out. Are these more durable?

    • -1

I'm on my 3rd Logitech M720, the button life really isn't good, it's probably safe to assume this would be the same…

      • Thanks I will stick to the basic models then.

        • +2

I’ve had the Master for 3+ years and no issues. Also Mx anywheres are good and lasted till now in my family.

The M720 had a cheap feel after I bought it so it was returned without using. Quite a different mouse there not sure if comparable

What on earth are you doing to your mice? Or that model is notoriously faulty?

Logitech make some great products with outstanding lifespan and quality control. I've had 3 razer mice and all of them have stopped functioning correctly in less than 12 months.

I've got a G305 with 4 years worth of office use (~8,000 hours use) which is perfectly fine and fully functioning.

I'm on my 2nd G600. It's about 4 years old now with almost 8,000 hours worth of use on it for mixed gaming/general use.

My prior G600 lasted about 6 years with well over 10,000 hours use before the right click started to fail. About 10% of the time the right click would double click which was extremely frustration so I replaced it.

        • How do you get hours use count?

          • +2

            @donamique: Rough numbers -

            Work - 8 hours X 5 days X 48 weeks X 4 years

            Home - 6 hours X 7 days X 52 weeks X 4 years

        • Just normal use… Over time the left button starts double clicking, and drag'n'drop starts dropping as you drag, the left button just gets really flaky…

Considering your experience it seems like the 'G' models may have better switches than the M720.. (I only stick with the M720 because it can be used with 3 devices)

          • +1

@FLICKIT: MX Anywhere has lasted me several years so far and can connect to 3 devices.

            • @sav11: Cheers… I have looked at them in the past but they were like 3x the price and they're quite a bit smaller, I have big hands..

              • @FLICKIT: Ah yeah they are small as they're designed as a travel mouse.

        • -1

Ive had probelms with every logitech product ive ever purchased, 'outstanding' is a bold claim

    • I've had mine for about ten years without any issues (previous generations).

  • If you have the $20 ebay voucher as eBay Plus member, it comes down to $88. Absolute no brainer at that price !!

    • From what event we get that 20$?

  • How’s the latency/lag on this for Macs? I’ve seen a lot of posts saying that the delay is horrible if you don’t use the dongle on mac devices

    • It works perfectly on my PC (probably the best mouse I've ever owned) but on my wife's Macbook the latency isn't great unfortunately.

      • I see, i’ll think about it then. Might be good for my Linux pc but I might just get something that’s good for both

On Amazon there's a Logitech MX Master 3S for Mac.

      • +1

AFAIK that's the same mouse, just doesn't come with the Logi Bolt receiver.

      • +1

I heard the mac version is actually worse than the regular 3S, don’t know if they’ve fixed it as the comments were from last year.

    • I find that the dongle has delay, whereas if I use Bluetooth it works fine on M1 Mac.

  • Any good mouse for smaller hand ? Thanks

  • +1

MX Master 4 in 2024? The 3S was released in 2022, from history they release a new updated model every 2 years so worth waiting for?

    • +1

What feature are you waiting for?

      • +3

Based on the improvements from the MX Master 2 to the MX Master 3 I'd imagine that we'll get an even better wheel, more button mapping options, different colour's, better battery life, and a new slightly tweaked design that remains highly ergonomic. What I want is better rubberised coating that doesn't start melting and coming off, more programmable buttons, bigger battery that requires even less charging and a faster polling speed around 500 or more vs the 125 we have now.

  • Does anyone know if the shopback cashback works with this code?

    • -1

It's on from 12pm to 6pm so long as it is in stock

      • I don't think the voucher will work with the shop back? It will make it invalid.

  • +1

Thanks OP. I've been eyeing one of these and was able to pick up for $68 as I had an eBay $30 retention voucher I've been hanging on to for a deal like this.

Logitech's customer support is outstanding. I experienced an issue where the skates (the small rubber pads underneath the mouse) began to peel off. Upon submitting a warranty claim, they impressively sent out a brand new mouse without even asking for the old one back. The original mouse is now with my partner, and I'm planning to purchase replacement skates online to refurbish it.

  • +1

Thanks OP, I was just thinking to try it and the deal popped up the very next day lol. Got one :)

  • Amazon has it for $108 but Ozbargain didn't let me post link, link was from Google search.

  • Damn it… missed again.😡😡😡

  • I remember getting the Master 2S for $50-$60 before, does anyone know why the Master 3S is routinely having its (on sale) price being around $90-$100?
