I received sheets that did not even have any indication that they were Egyptian cotton or 500 thread count. The website is a front to sell these inferior goods. Ozbargain should ban this Rep.
there was an error on the despatch, our fault. we will happly refund any unhappy customer.
we sold in excess of 300 sets and yes there was about 5 customers who were unhappy and we offered them a refund.
