Seems it's getting out of control…..WTF is "premium refurbished"?
We have seen pre-loved, pre-owned, dealer-used, refurbished, premium refurbished, what's next? Ultra premium luxurious prestigious super special limited edition beautiful female user's ex?

It's a bit tricky this one. For example a lazy look for a iPhone SE gives me $239 https://reebelo.com.au/collections/apple-iphone-se-2nd-gen?c… , but the "condition" metrics are different between every site on what "very good" means. So you are in this deal for the $300 boost card then, which makes it good value.

I don't think anybody has ever been in a deal for a $300 boost card

They are just bundling the 260G card which is on special or bonus cashback all the time.

I picked up 2 of the SE 2020 64GB iPhones last year for $229 each (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/805846) from Coles.
    Great for the kids.
Both are on a Boost $20p/m plan

Both were like Brand New. (except for battery life, but fixed with this - https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B0C9LYC6MF)

    • Were they Australian models through. The XR I got was a USA one so didn't have Band 28 that you need in Australia. Seems alright in the city but out in regional areas it will be an issue.

      • Where you get your from? I would demand a refund or swap if I was in your shoes….

Also note SE 2022 doesn't have that issue as Australia bands is in all models.

        • Was a Boost Coles deal.
The next time they did the offer @Amayzingone made a notice

          • @rpb: In such case can't you charge back on credit card or open a Paypal dispute?

I think the best place to be sure is actually buy from CEX, in one ocassion the phone was bargained to just $20 more than a refurb deal here and the shop agree to let the buyer test trade in on website. All end up hunky dory, the friend used the phone for a year or so then traded the phone.

    • I bought them from the Coles Front Desk/Kiosk, in Boost packaging.

    • What’s the $20p/m plan? Do you mean the yearly $240 plan?

  • White and Red worth $167 trade in. It barely provides any benefit on the sim price if you try and flip it. Only benefit is the Cashback which has been higher in the past
