It is only good when you get a refund for them. I ordered these several times. They are cheap and comfortable, but rubber bits are coming out of them and it doesn’t take long to get holes. For „free socks“ I don‘t mind getting them. The soonest you experience problems go into the Amazon chat and they refund them 100% without sending anything back.

Can someone explained to me what "used" means on Amazon in these cases? Talking about the Dentastix…says they are used.

It means what it says in the item condition. Usually box/package damaged, repackaged or near expiry.
