    • Yes I do 200 at 15

      • Ah thanks for that.

      • cooking 200 of these for 15 mins each will take a while :p

  • I wonder how many chicken burgers in one pack.

    • Six. I usually cook up two, and pair it with tomato and rocket on a bun. If I don't have any buns I'll just plate it up.

      • +1

I go just a bit of cos lettuce, tomato and cheese in a lightly toasted bun.

Paired with 3-4 cans of Brookvale Union ginger beer, then round out the meal with a waffle on flavour maxibon.

    • For the grilled ones (also $6.50) there was 7 in the pack we opened.

Before anyone bleats on those, they're a nice contrast to the crunchy patties. Crunchies pair nicer with soft buns, grilled with more textured or crunchy buns, in our opinion.

Based on the packs I have bought so far, I think its about 50/50 chance for a 6/7pack.

funny how it is okay for white anglo europeans to destroy the aboriginal culture
but not okay for non white europeans to come here and have their own life.
Hypocracy, this was and always will be aboriginal land

Lol, this ain't the forum for that rubbish bud.

  • just flip the packet once and have a read of the ingredients of this very tasty, lab recipe factory mass produced burger.

    • What do you mean? It's obvious to see that it's made from a slurry of chicken (as many favourite preparations are) based off the ingredients, but the only one that gives me pause is Modified Starch 1404. Everything else seems pretty reasonable as a bulking agent/thickener/emulsifier and gets used in many other products (like Thickener 415 AKA - xantham gum)

      • most of these micro ingredients are not used at home and make the thing(processed food) look appetising and give a happy kick to the brain on consumption. Definitely worth reading and finding out about them.

    Thanks, Jim!

Our family loves them. Next time they are on sale going to bulk buy and fill a freezer shelf.

I've just setup a Colesworth Karma alert so I never miss them again on sale.

I bought this last time they were on sale based on testimony here. It was terrible, definitely not real chicken meat. It was the same stuff as those cheap chicken schnitzels they sell prepacked at the deli section

  • These can be convenient but only at 1/2 price.
I wonder why its so hard just to use chicken only in anything on offer from supermarkets etc….
Maybe just too expensive to produce actual real food.

Forgot to say — return buyers will already know — but for newbs to these…

The patties aren't as big as the Tegel whole-breast burgers in diameter or thickness.
As a result, the ideal rolls or hamburger buns aren't the jumbo ones. Coles light sourdough burger rolls, damper rolls or any non-jumbos yield good bread-pattie ratio.

    Thank you for your attention!

i usually just use normal bread - tip top white is one of my go -tos

butter both pc of bread liberally
      1 chicken patty
      1 hash brown
(you can do both at 200d 15 min in airfryer)
      1 slice decent size tomato
      cos lettuce, shredded
      choice of cheese slice

      *italian fingers together motion *

  • These taste terrible only the Louisiana burgers are a decent copy of KFC
