SSTWO

Somewhat surprised that no one seems to have posted it yet. A selection of the sale, not really all-time lows, but some better than RRP at least.

Flip5 8/256 $1236.75 (25% off)
Fold5 12/256 $1949.25 (25% off)
9kg bubblewash front load smart washer $659.40 (40% off)
49" Odyssey OLED G9 Curved DQHD $2299 ($400 off, apparently another $200 off if you trade-up)
55" Odyssey Ark Curved UHD monitor $2999 (25% off, apparently another $200 off if you trade-up)
Bespoke Jet AI 250W $1999.20 (20% off)
Samsung T9 4TB Black $524 (30% off)
Fold5 Eco-leather case blue $64.50 (50% off)
Fold5 slim s-pen case blue $84.50 (50% off)
Fold5 standing case with strap sand $54.50 (50% off)
Flip5 Clear gadget case transparent $34.50 (50% off)
Flip5 Silicone case with ring $39.50 (50% off)
Fold5 front protection film $14.50 (50% off)
Flip5 front protection film $14.50 (50% off)

Have fun!

EDIT: trade-up is for similar appliances to what you are buying it looks like, for the monitors it asks you for the size of the monitor and if i just pick other it gives me $100 off (guess the secret code double that to $200)

It’s no secret that the S24 Ultra is not included in this sale 😉

    • Was going to say that S24 series had been out for barely a fortnight, but with Samsung you can never really tell..

      • They can't even fulfil preorders so doubt they would discount right now.

        • No one pays RRP for Samsung products considering how often they’re on artificial sales. RRP is just for the early adopters.

          • @[Deactivated]: The early adopters get the preorder deals, they don't pay RRP either

          • @[Deactivated]: I RRP because i cannot be bothered adding 4 coupons and trying to checkout to have it fail, easier to just buy it and move on with my day.

    Probably cos not cheap enough

    • I am looking at the 9kg BubbleWash washing machine, looks like a pretty good price, especially if you have an old washing machine to trade-up (and it works on the site..).

      • The washing machine deserves its own post, very good price. There's a 10kg machine too.

Edit: looks like trade in discount is removed when adding the secret sale code. That's a shame.

Would have jumped on the Washer. Really need a new one and the Add Wash is the exact machine we wanted. But apparently Samsung says Tasmania can get stuffed! They won't deliver here! 😡

        • Funnily enough, looking through the education store it was cheaper, $749.40 (40% off) compared to the secret sale $811.85, expiring Wednesday as well.

  • G8 please

Please go check out https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/samsung-online-sto… as well the forums here about the unreliable delivery dates and hopeless customer service Samsung Australia has before you order anything! Loads of people are going to ACCC, its that bad.

i had only ordered flip3 and flip5 from the online store, both times at heavy discounts but in "quiet" periods (e.g. not near launch), and the site isn't the most stable even then, maybe they just don't expect people to buy direct from them? the delivery notification is very spotty as well, but since i wasn't waiting for the items in a rush i just let it sit, and then out of the blue the delivery guy just ring my doorbell with a delivery…

their real store isn't any better, i tried ordering replacement flip3 screen protector in early 2023 they put me on a waitlist with no known timeline, at the end i got rid of the phone before got a sms from samsung store, though that could be more the lingering COVID supply chain issues.

They just haven't invested in customer service. They are relying on better features and pricing, but missing a trick. Could easily be taking a big chunk off apple's share but guess there's no drive internally.

Absolutely true based on my personal experience with Samsung mobile. You know if it is a good company or not, when your mobile went wrong. Samsung was dragging its feet and just offerring free repair one after another. And the repair does not guarantee of original condition and functionality. It definitely taken a big step back from customer service or satisfaction. Avoid.

  • Washing machine 1/3rd the price of a phone!

  • Damn it I never got this email like I thought I usually do, I'm sad as would've got the refrigerator at 45% off as been keeping a eye out for great price on fridges as need a upgrade. The 33%off abit out my price range. Oh well I'll have to keep a eye for it another time. Thanks for sharing

  • Deal is on Ozb still secret 🙊 😜?

  • typo in the description "Samsung T9 2TB Black $524 (30% off)", 2TB is 300, 4TB is 524.

    • 4TB has been cheaper - about the $450 mark

    • Thanks, fixed!

    • Don't get now - wait for it to drop to $450-$470 again

    • Yeah I checked Amazon as well, much more reliable to boot!

  • Started the cart with a phone and case. Code applied. Trade-in process took longer than expected with all the ID requirements. Got to final check-out at exactly 11am. Price jumped up $452. Called Samsung … they essential said … tough luck and sux to be you.

The lesson is … the code expiration is based on transaction completed not in progress.

May be we didn't need the Flip5 after all.
