Been to Costco Epping today & saw this PILLSBURY CHAKKI ATTA 10KG $4.97. Normally $23. Short dated(BB date 15/3/24).
There were 3 full pallets @11 am.

Most Indian families would finish the 10kg in 2 weeks so nothing rancid about this. I would even use the flour 2 weeks After expiry date.
10kg in 2 weeks!? Thats enough to make 300 chapattis/rotis. Maybe they can use that much in a month

The flour should be OK (at least for sourdough etc), up to 3-9 months after the bb date, the latter if it is kept in a cooler storage spot.
