      You're gonna need a script, as i understand it's OTC for over 55s, but weirdly you can get it shipped in overseas. I've bought some from iherb.

          Melatonin from health food stores or anywhere non-script is gonna be homeopathic ie diluted to the point of being useless.
          Proper amounts of melatonin is script only but people including myself have been ordering it from iHerb for years and it works
