very noisy, need to change back small fan!, need more fans/cooling, nas drive install slot issue, will not let u raid, may only fit one more hdd, VGA port NOT on tower, even though the photo displays it, etc… end of product life, no DVD slot, etc…

    • One review only. Wouldnt take serious note of it TBH. ASUS make great PC gear.

      • Not on their lower tier stuff unfortunately

Save up another $100 + shipping and get the 4060 here.

    The 4060 demolishes the 1660.

    • 100% Agree, much better deal.

    • Looks like that deal is sold out unfortunately.

    • Sold out when adding to cart.

This is an old system whatever way you put it. Tech fast are a much better deal then this I believe personally :)

    Great deal…for 2020

    • You mean 2019.
GTX 1660 is 5 years old now.

      • 1660 super cost 400$+ beginning of 2020

        • I built a virtually identical build for roughly 800 in late 2019, IMO terrible deal but I won't neg it.

Techfasts' 3060/3070 recent builds for 799$/899$ better value.

PH variant looks like a short card though.

    • windows 11 home….

      • My Techfast build runs that too at no extra cost.

      • Yep, officially supported.

    • 4060 $799 now

  • Just get a PS5 or Xsx, this deal is to too old now

100% better deal. $100 is petty change for something you'll likely use daily, and for years. Worth saving for.

2019 Gaming PC .. NICE This is low end entry level gaming at best in 2024 SORRY ,, NO DEAL

AMD R5 5600 + Radeon 6600 or intel i3 12100 with Geforce 3060 … for around the same price is a way better deal

  • +4

Underspecced, though for what its worth its better than the Dell/HP/Lenovo stuffs since the hardware is probably standard sizing.

  • +2

This is a terrible deal. It's an old machine with old hardware that they're just trying to get rid of.

    • -2

      Yep,thats why it sold out.

You know that there are collectors for asus rog hardware that pay a premium for older hardware. I know a few of them and they get invited to exclusive asus events all around the world fully paid for

      • I want to buy one… anyone ? got spare?

  • +2

At $400 this would be pretty hard to beat but at $699 this is not a good deal at all considering prebuilds around this price could get you newer Ryzen 5000 series or Intel 12th gen and RTX3070/4060.
