  • Thanks, OP. I need this to learn more on Windows 8.

  • Thanks for this - now I must resist upgrading my Windows 7 machine just because Windows 8 is there.

My experience has been nothing short of wonderful. I love it.

I'm also finding it to work better with the keyboard and mouse rather than touch.

      It's a worthy successor.

  • Whole heartedly thank you……….

  • Thanks for posting this, I don't plan on getting Windows 8 but if I do :D

  • Appreciated for the direct link. Better jump on Win8 now or stick to my oldie goodie XP till Win9?

    • XP will be long unsupported by the time Win9 comes out. Wouldn't risk using XP beyond this time at all. Win8 is excellent and IMO, I would take advantage of it now. Has the best of Win7 plus a modern UI.

  • thank you, i tried to down load not from direct link as there was an error as "HTTP not found", but there was also an error with the file could not open.

  • yep nice find…

  • Can't argue with one-click free, even if I look like a dummy. Maybe I'll send it to a dummy friend. :)

  • I just got a new PC with Windows 8 this week AND I'm a dummy. Great timing neil (and Dell)!
