Energy damages skin.
So unless this device is backed up by a mountain of positive verifiable clinical research I would be staying a very long way away from it.

  Not that I disagree, but there are a bunch of skin care treatments that involve damaging skin so that it encourages new cellular growth. Have 0 idea if this one works or not, but damaging skin by itself doesn't mean much.
  
  As for how effective it is, that's really up for debate, I've seen people dump thousands to tens of thousands into beauty products/treatments with questionable results.
