(Send from Victoria via Australia Post.)

So there is a risk you won't receive it before it expires

  • +2

we charge express post for $0.5 extra for those who are far from Victoria and worry about the Australia post speed.

Reason for this $0.5 is for those really need the express postage service.

We have been sale in Ozbargain for long time. Call or email us before 19 April 2024, we take the rest of the risks.

    • Thanks, that is really helpful.

    • There are new plans coming out soon…

      • +1

They switched from the $200 to the $230 SIMs in July 2023, so these $200 sims would be the old pre july-2023 stock, which is why they have to be activated by 25th April… I assume they have a 25th April Exp date… (Boost sims usually have a 12+ month exp when you buy them)

        • yes, you are right. boost add $30 face value and give sth like 30gb more data.

  • So i am on More telecom (Telstra network). do I need to port out to activate this?

    • +1

NO, you don't, but make sure the activation details matches.

  • +3

Reminder to all wanting to use these as a recharge: You can't get the Boost Customer Support folk to transfer this as credit onto your existing account any more. You need to port out and port back in. I ported out via eSIM to Kogan for $5 for a month, and will port back to Boost before it expires. Other people have reported porting back in an hour after porting out. Good luck!

    • Do you keep your number if you port back in via eSim? I find it really frustrating that they can't recharge anymore.

  • Is this 4G and 5G?

    • +1

Yes, capped at 150Mbps I believe.

  • Thanks. Our Lebara plans expire on 6 April.

We moved to a semi-regional area and Vodaphone isn't really cutting it anymore. My work phone is on Telstra and much better.

    Thanks OP.

  • Thanks, Have ordered.
Last order didn't work out. Hoping for a smooth one this time.

  • Hi OP, the Vodafone part of the title is a bit confusing to me. Can you please clarify what the deal is (and perhaps update the description)? :-)

I think you mean that for $157.08 total, we get posted a 100GB 1yr Boost SIM plus a "$30 Vodafone SIM" to port into. Is that correct?

    • +1

yes, you will get one boost $200 and one $30 vodafone sim card

      • Our Mother company is one of the largest Vodafone distributor in Australia. We are not allowed to sale the vodafone sims in this bottom cheap price for the public. But if you are real estate agent, mobile phone shop, backpacker motel etc and need sim cards for your customers, you may email us for sim card deals.

  • Good deal!

  • unforutantely just activated 230 plan with 160+10GB data even though i hardly use that much - this would have been ideal.. oh well
PS: title says 100GB while body says 130GB… is it 100+30 bonus?

    • 130gb

  • Nice, just ordered 2 with express post @simonline, when do you think it might be delivered to Brisbane? Thanks

    • Not sure about the Easter, likely you will receive next week.
Our experience of Australia post express are varies from 1 working day to some extreme case around 5 working days.
Non express are around 5 days from Melbourne to Brisbane, sometimes take up to two weeks.

      • Ok thanks, will you post it tomorrow? Will you provide a tracking number?

        • yes

      • Where on your site do you Add the 50c extra for express postage?

Also, if we insert the $30 voda sim in, does that only give you $30 credit of voda calls etc?

And once ported out to voda, do they keep you on your database and spam you even though you port out with a day or two?

        • when checkout, chose the post method as express, it will cost you extra $0.5
Vodafone $30 is the same as the package sales $30 in the supermarket (may sometime half price), 45GB data, 28 days , unlimited called in Australia whatever what listed on vodafone website.

  • i just bought 2 packs, my phone expires on 1st apr, is there anyway we can make it work? photo/email first before sending?

  • Order done!

My current boost expiry is May 5th around so I dont mind jumping a week or two early as I still have 90GB data remaining on my current sim so no need to chase $170GB.

Hope for a smooth and simple port 🤞 :)

ps: Site now says Sold Out

  • Ordered telstra 6 month couple of days before. Should have waited I guess

  • Got anymore?

    • added more stock

      • Shows sold out. Any left? And do i need the physical sim or i can go eSIM? Mine expires next week and i dont think i can wait for physical sim delivery. Any options for me?

  • I have the same question too. I spent a long time wiith Lebara. However, it is now time to move. I need three sims, and missed out on this deal.

  • BEFORE YOU BUY
I just bought the $230 kit for $180 (after $50 cashback) with my previous 1 year recharge coming to an end.
Bought a $5 Aldi sim for the port out n back given people saying customer service folk have been resisting a lot more.
7 days before my end date, I've had a $30 off recharge offer from Boost (and another text about it today - 6 days out).

Honestly, faffing around with cashback, picking up missed delivered sim at post office, wandering past Aldi. An absolute waste of time for $50 let alone what ended up being $20. My advice, wait it out, or ping customer service saying "other people are getting $30 offers". The latter will take you 2 minutes and you'll get a quick yes or no. So much faff :(

    Who’s Simon Line?

  • Do you have more stock?

    • We have some $300 in stock with same discount ratio if you want.

  • +1

I received the sims but the expiry date is May 18th? The post says must be used by 25th Apr?

    Can OP please clarify?

    • +1

I have the same question @simonline, thanks

    • We also realized that the expire date in the pack is bit longer, however the supplier told us so. Thus it's better activate before 25th April.

    • "Oh okay, that's a third-party site. Normally, expiry date on the SIM kit is the end date that you can activate the SIM. But if the seller advised you to activate on a certain date prior to what's printed on the SIM kit, due to the reason they advised, then it would be better to follow the suggestion, to avoid any issues with the activation."

that's what the live chat people say to me
