    Win 11 home or pro?

  • Is that a SIM slot I see in the picture under the microSD slot?

    • Yes, has a WWAN upgrade options.

I have one of these as my current work laptop. Solid build quality, the hinges in particular feel quite sturdy.

The battery life on mine has absolutely tanked though, brand new would last just under 7hrs of working - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint… Now I need to hope that 60min meeting doesn't run long or I'll be out of battery.

    • Yeah I'm a fan of the 7000 series, I think I'm on my 3rd work one at the moment (7280, 7410, and now a 7440) and they've always been pretty solid.

  • Do you have any laptops with i7 processors and 32gb ram? I want to run some vms hence ned more power.

  • don't mind if I do, thanks op!
cheaper than buying a $100 mini PC + display webcam

  • Is there any limit to the size I can replace the SSD with? Could I theoretically throw in a 4tb ssd into this?

Please let me know if there is a decent deal for a Grade A "2 in 1 touch laptop"

    • How about

      HP EliteBook x360 1040 G6 $351.20 / $342.42 (eBay Plus)

      • Condiditon: Very Good - Refurbished
      • 14" FHD Touchscreen
      • Intel Core i7-8665U
      • 16GB RAM
      • 256GB SSD

Very good price for the specs, it should support stylus as well.

      • FYI we will be restocking about 500 units of these over the next week. So if they sell out, stay posted to the listing.

        • Do these HP laptops have screen scratch issues like the Dell Latitude 5500? I think you mentioned it was a flaw with the model. I believe the flaw is the actual keyboard scratching the actual screen.

@johnlui: Negative, these are A Grade units.

  • Can these play 10/bit HDR (H.265/HEVC) videos smoothly?
