      Fair point, considering it has more firmware options available now than at launch.

      I sold my RG35xx OG because it didn't have joysticks and though GarlicOS was good it was too limited.

      Now with R36S and that has been solid on ArkOS, had to fix a stuck backside button with WD40 but thats it.

          Pretty much. ROCKNIX just came out the other day but JELOS which it was previously called used to be buggy as anything folks said. Wait til the changes get integrated down the line into ArkOS

    I bought it 8 or 9 days ago for 40 something. Almost always better to make a new user and see what you get on Ali.

    Downvoting this from cutesliving store. I’ve bought two last time from them and one is faulty that it will keep crashing games after about 3 or 4 minutes of use. Tried everything to “fix” this including replacing the SD, updating to latest OS, reseating battery etc. Nothing works. I’ve contacted them directly 5 times now and made literally 5 videos on YouTube to show the problems. But they keep coming back to say “record more evidence”.

    Ridiculous customer service. I will keep trying to get my money back for at least the faulty unit, but already spent hours talking to them and doing these videos.

      Did you pay with PayPal? Open a PayPal dispute and skip the clowns.

          Worth a go. You should be able to select 50% refund (since one unit works).

          Make sure you include PDFs print outs of you previous interactions with the seller.

      Open aliexpress dispute and ship it back and get refunded. Simple process. You don't need to deal with actual store.

        Disputes are only available for the first few days.. but for some reason the counter didn’t start when I received it (It bounced at customs and they resent it). I tried and said it was not eligible because the dispute period is finished.
