BINGE Basic With Ads $2/Month for 3 Months @ BINGE (Select Returning Customers)

170

I received this in my emails earlier today and activated it tonight. It's usually $10 a month and is ad-supported. However, ads aren't shown on movies or kids content. It's definitely targeted.

  • Not for me.. no deals in the past 2 years.. i guess i wont be returning to Binge :)

    • Oddly enough, I was about to subscribe last night but decided not to bother and exited at the last step. Perhaps there might be a hidden trigger on their website.

      • Only option when i log in.. ive done that once or twice now.. is to reactivate my sub..full price.. thats it. I think my CC is linked so i dont want to do that

    • Same, I thought Netflix was expensive

Binge needs to add downloading to mobile for offline, until they do that it’s dead to me , I watch tv each way on the train every day. I can only assume it cause foxtel never purchased those rights? Its moronic

I'd rather flick a rubber band against my private parts.

My offer is $2 a month for 2 months. Originally got it for 6 months free buying a TCL TV thru JB Hi Fi, but rarely found anything to watch that really grabbed me.

    • This is what I got offered via sms

I find it ridiculous on how the ad-supported tier has a price tag.
It should be free if you're gonna do that (similar to what SBS On Demand does).

  • With Ads? SBS is free with ads and I don't even stream there because of it.

The reason I went back to the high seas was because of pushing ads in paid streaming services. I never realised that the benefits of the high seas was also higher quality, no ads and accessing everything within the one streaming application. I was quite happy paying for multiple streaming services, even with needing to pay extra for better quality tiers. Ads were the thing that pushed me over the edge.

  • Your the worst jester ever. I'm with iView.

  • If u have the link to the actual webpage of the deal sometimes u can login with another account and the deal will work. Worked for me last time as one email got the invite but my account with credit didn’t so I managed to go to the link then login with the other account and hook the deal.

    • What's the link for the deal? Anyone have

  • Tried to activate this deal (got the email). Binge website says:
"One or more of your subscriptions or products, does not meet the conditions for the promotion."
