The 210W is probably the better deal (insane price) but it will likely be surplus to most peoples needs.
What ever tone controls it has wont work properly with guitar - will be in the wrong ranges. Same with speaker
You can probably use it though in a pinch, just run it flat EQs and use and an EQ pedal. Check the Hz range of the speaker to be sure.
Much better to buy a guitar amp if that's your primary instrument
I own an original Katana 100 and the 2x10 bass amp and the bass amps can work as FRFR (as much as any FRFR or PA is truly flat) if you have a seperate multi-fx/amp sim to be pumping through it. Tweaking the powerful parametric EQs can get you some usable stuff for guitar wise but unless you're really looking for doomy Sunn-O or guitar into an Ampeg type tones and you don't need a bass amp you'll probably get too frustrated tweaking and experimenting instead of actually playing. You can find guitar katana 50s for less than this though.

Yeah I got a Katana Mk2 100 gutair amp and its awesome. Hook it up to a PC for limitless effects possibilities.
I really don't need this, but what's concensous on using these with electric guitars as well? Or is there a too much of a mid cut? Bass guitar is secondary for me.
