        Massively so, 60-70% faster. The 4060 Ti is not a good product and it barely improved on the previous gen 3060 Ti, and that applies regardless of whether you're talking about the 8GB or 16GB version.

      Yes as the Ti offer a 15% improvement over the 4070 Super and this deal is cheaper as well.

        It's true that the Ti is faster and a better buy than the Super, but the improvement is a single-digit percentage.

        To get close to 15% you'd have to get to the Ti Super (which also bumps the VRAM to 16GB), though that card is not generally well-priced.

          Another big difference between the 4070 models and the 4070 Ti models is also the latter have dual encoders, which is very helpful for live streaming going forward (multistreaming, doing your own transcoding to Twitch, multiple recordings).

      Returning… fan scrapes the cover at low speeds.
      Reviews seem to imply this is normal for Gigabyte, I’ve had their cards before and never had the issue.
