    It's worth noting that the pricing is in US dollars, not Aussie dollars. They'll work out roughly the same but it's still not mentioned in the post (and they did the exact same thing with their last post).

        My issue wasn't that your pricing wasn't in AUD, just that you didn't specify in your OzBargain posts that it was USD :)

    People can get AU servers at similar pricing — so why would an Australian customers pick you from others? There are also many cheaper US/EU hosting offers on WHT — again what sets you apart from others?

    It's easier to claim premium services/support than providing it. As you are a sole trader from your ABN registration, who is providing that 24/7 support?

      We have great speeds to AU, US and Europe. If you use AU servers, it is harder to get good speeds to places such as Asia and Europe.

      Sole trader does not mean there are no other paid staff available. It only refers to how a business has been setup and ownership etc.
