The Kogan one is region A for blu-rays and region 2 for DVDs. Don't think it makes a difference for games but happy to be corrected.

  The PS3 from Kogan is Region 3 for DVD actually. If you want to play DVD movies they would have to be asian bought movies. It happily takes Region A blu-ray movies from Amazon US though.

  Correct if it's coded Region B only they won't play but if you have region free blu-ray titles they will play. Most BD movies are region free though.
  
  If you buy the PS3 from Harvey Norman then you can buy your movies from Amazon UK or locally in Australia instead since it's a Region B blu-ray.
