WPI Flavours

We now have 24 flavours available to choose from.

Our new release is the Brazilian Chocolate (Brigadeiro) flavour, best described as "A velvety taste of chocolate with hints of caramelised condensed milk.". (Chiara put that one together, I'm not so articulate!)

Our mint choc chip is now back in stock (unlike in the last deal). We have made a slight improvement to the flavour profile of this one, but it's extremely similar to the last iteration.

All flavours are naturally sweetened. We have transitioned over to thaumatin for the fact that it is an all natural plant based sweetener, a superior flavour profile, a neutral insulin impact (as it is a protein) and being very gentle on the gut. A bit of trivia, thaumatin is about 10x the cost of artificial counterparts (eg. sucralose) and more than 5x the cost of stevia based on weight! Our focus remains on product quality.

Also note the Unflavoured option is straight WPI with just sunflower lecithin added at the point of manufacture to assist in mixing and reduce frothing (less than 1% w/w). There is no sweetener added.

Flavour Availability:

Flavour availability will change throughout the deal. I will this area updated as flavours run out.

  • In Stock: All Flavours
  • On Backorder (Can be backordered): None

Also @Jamiess very kindly spent the time to put together some visual representations comparing the different flavours at https://ibb.co/ZgBSvjf and https://ibb.co/6WHLgrH

A couple of explanatory notes on this that I will add to avoid any confusion:

  • The sugar component is included within the total carbohydrate (as sugar is a carbohydrate). So for example with Vanilla Creamy, 4.4% total carbohydrate and 1.3% is sugar, meaning 3.1% (ie. 4.4%-1.3%) are non-sugar carbohydrates. I'm adding this note in here because we have had some customers confused by this in the past.
  • The sweetness won't be a function of the sugar content necessarily, as the perceived sweetness will be primarily derived from the thaumatin component (around 2000x sweeter than sugar w/w). Thaumatin is a protein and not a sugar. So it is highly possible that a low-sugar flavour can be notably sweeter than one with higher sugar. I note that we have recently reduced the sweetness in both the matcha and banana flavours (with more revisions to come).

Product Breakdown

  • 100% Australian Blended and Packed in our Sydney Facility
  • Our manufacturing facility is owned by us and is a NSW Licensed Food Facility with an approved Dairy Processing license
  • We only use WPI in this protein - this is not a blend of other cheaper proteins (for example Whey Protein Concentrate/WPC)
  • For the nutritional information for each flavour, please click on the "Nutritional Info" tab or see the table above. The best macros are for Unflavoured (Per serve: 29.7g P / 0.3g F / 0.4g C), and the flavour breakdowns will be variable. The Aussie Choc Malt our main exception with higher carbs of 9.9g carbs/serve (from the malt component) and a lower protein percentage - I highly recommend it for the taste, avoid if you want to keep the carbs down.
  • Protein is added hormone free, ultra and micro filtered and cold pressed
  • Naturally sweetened with thaumatin. We do not use artificial sweeteners.
  • Soy free - we use sunflower lecithin instead of soy lecithin (soy is common in whey proteins)
  • Backed by our 110% Guarantee. Try it and if you don't love it, we'll give you 110% back (in store credit) or a full refund (including delivery). As I mentioned in the video, we offer this so you can try the product risk-free. If you've opened it up to try it we're not going to make you send it back either.

Commonly Asked - Amino Z WPI / ON 100% Whey / Musashi 100% Whey (The 3 most popular proteins here on OzBargain)

In almost all of our prior WPI deals, I have been asked how our WPI compares to two other very popular products on OzBargain that we sell (Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey and Musashi 100% Whey).

One thing I want to emphasise is that we sell all three products and despite us obviously having a vested interest in our own brand, we firmly stand behind the quality of all three products (hence why we stock all of them).

In a previous deal, I asked our team to put together a comprehensive and objective video detailing many key differences between the three products. So if you're interested, the video can be seen at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LBeV33fArc

Obviously taste will come down to personal preference so we haven't touched on this, we have instead focussed on key attributes of each product. I hope this presents a fair representation of each.

Whey Protein Prices in 2024

I mentioned this in our earlier deal this year off the back of some discussion about protein pricing for the year, off the back of a competitor announcing a price rise in July. I'll provide an update to remain as transparent as possible.

We have seen increases in prices for whey protein raw material, primarily as a result of rising commodity prices in dairy around the globe. Prices have remained higher since my last update in Feb and it is possible that these raw material prices will begin to affect retail pricing later this year. That is, unless commodity prices drop back down again, which is also possible. If prices remain steady, this will likely impact all forms of whey protein (eg. WPI, WPC etc) at a retail level. We generally see a lag time of 3-6 months from commodity price changes to retail price changes.

Our raw material prices have begun to increase, but we have kept our prices steady for now (including this deal). We will of course do our best to keep prices as low as possible. This is more of a heads up as to what to reasonably expect based on the many conversations I've had with suppliers. No one knows exactly what is around the corner and so this is more to provide context rather than predicting exactly what will happen in the coming months.

    • Thanks so much for the support @KeysAU!

      Jay

  • In February, I got 2 x Vanilla Creamy, Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream and chocolate. I currently inly have 1 x Vanilla Creamy unopened. I like them all, but Chocolate was the best out of these. I found the Vanilla Creamy to be too formy and and can attest to Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream having a medicine smell.

This time around I got Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream, Melon Milk, Taro Milk Ice and Aussie Choc Malt.

I really wished there was a peanut butter flavour. I'm aware that it is not being made to avoid contamination.

    • Thanks for the new order @Misogi Kumagawa, I do appreciate the ongoing support.

That feedback is great and I have taken note about this to discuss internally. There were a couple of others commenting on the foaming in the Vanilla flavour too.

I also wish we could do the peanut butter flavour. I know you're aware that this isn't currently available to avoid allergen contamination and we have had extensive discussions around this. I can confirm that we will 100% be proceeding with this flavour once we have a facility to isolate peanut from the rest of the products being produced. We have made the decision in the short-term that it's just not worth the risk given that peanuts can be a very high risk allergen. But thanks for your understanding on this matter.

      Jay

  • I have seen the term flavour in the ingredients. What does that consist of as i have gut issues just want to make sure it wont mess me up.

    • Thanks for asking @Jklaro

We source our flavouring from flavour houses who develop and produce the flavours for us. Each flavour is quite different and will be made up of different components.

As a general guide, ‘Flavours’ are made up of substances/chemical complexes, sometimes ancillaries like cocoa for chocolate flavours, and a binding media which acts as something for the substances to cling to, like maltodextrin and/acacia gum.

I hope this provides some insight.

      Jay

      • What flavours have the least amount of substances?
I'm thinking flavours like banana or chocolate.

        • @Jklaro I'd suggest opting for the flavours with the least amount of flavouring which would be Melon milk, Iced chai latte, Banana, Indulgent White Chocolate and Vanilla Creamy.

Unflavoured has no flavouring in there whatsoever, but won't taste anywhere near as good.

          I hope this helps.

          Jay

          • @aminozcomau: I think i grab banana and melon milk samples to make sure it agrees with me.

Can i make a bulk purchase but put on hold till i know that they agree with my gut?

            • @Jklaro: Sure thing @Jklaro.

Just place the order online and then if you could send through a direct message with your order number, Vanessa will take care of all of this for you.

              Thanks again!

              Jay

              • @aminozcomau: I read 110% guarantee. If i was to just buy the 4kg of different flavours and they mess with my gut would i be able to get a refund?

                • @Jklaro: @Jklaro yes, correct. We'll back all our products with our guarantee. Thanks for asking!

                  Jay

                  • @aminozcomau: Do i have to pay return shipping of all the products?

                    • @Jklaro: No you won't, we'll take care of that on our end :)

                      Jay

                      • @aminozcomau: Done ill order the 4kg. Fingers crossed its all good.

                        • @Jklaro: Thank you so much for the order!

                          Jay

                    • @Jklaro: My experience is, first week and a half, my stomach didn't like. After that, there was no issue.

                      • @Misogi Kumagawa: Thanks for your feedback. Is this mixed with milk. And what stomach issues?

                        • @Jklaro: I drink it with Dairy, Almond, Soy and Oat milk. I'm personally not a fan of drinking it with water tho. Stomach was slightly rumbly. I knew I wasn't in danger, so don't take that as an advise.

          • @aminozcomau: Appreciate the listing of protein values, purchased once again

            • @DaTa: Thanks for the new order @DaTa!

              Jay

  • Great deal, placed my 2nd order. I would suggest Chocolate Caramel as its probably the best whey flavour i've ever tasted (reminds me of golden gaytime). My least favourite was Strawberry which seemed to foam up like crazy after mixing and just seemed 'grainier' to me. Just throwing out my opinon for those deciding on flavours.

    • Thanks for the new order @grimhimblem and I appreciate the feedback and the support. I have taken note of all of this too and will be sharing this with our team.

      Jay

  • No idea how it happened last time but apparently I used the wrong code so PSA for people to check the code they're using when ordering!

    • @drilly did our team manage to fix this up for you? If not, please feel free to reach out (best to send through a direct message with your order number). Thanks in advance!

      Jay

  • This is basically the best deal on the Internet. Wow. Thanks Jay.

(I nearly always buy just Vanilla and mix it with oats, peanut butter, make pancakes with it in, etc. So versatile beyond simple shakes.)

    • Thanks @jje! I greatly appreciate the support!

Some flavors were too sweet for me and i was thinking about comparing the amount of sugar for the different flavors, and thought that a graphical representation would probably be the best way to compare things, the idea came by thanks to @Chaffix's table in the post. I've put up two charts comparing the calories, protein & sugar, carbs, fat per 100g across all flavors. No idea how to post a pic here in the comments but hope these links works. Hope it helps everyone in choosing ~

Very cool, thanks for sharing this @Jamiess! There have been a lot of queries around comparisons between the flavours and this is a great tool. Perhaps we can look into including a visual like this in future posts too.

If you don't mind, I'll clarify a couple of things here just in case it helps anyone else:

That said, these graphs are awesome and thank you so much @Jamiess for taking the time to put these together. I'll add this into the original post now :)

      Jay

      • Hi Jay, thanks for the clarification, yes I definitely agree that the perceived sweetness is very much different - I find chocolate much sweeter than taro, for example, even though the supposed sugar content is less. Would absolutely love to see a perceived sweetness level comparison once the team has reviewed and updated the flavors in the future. And yeah some sort of visual representation for comparison would be of great help going forward especially when the flavors range expands even more. And as always, thanks again for keeping up the great work, really appreciate the effort to always provide detailed information and to address confusion. (:

        • Thanks @Jamiess, I feel that is a great suggestion in relation to perceived sweetness and I will be taking note of this. You're right, some flavours will be sweeter than others and we are commonly asked which are the more or less sweet flavours.

Thanks again for going to so much effort to put this together.

          Jay

          • @aminozcomau: No worries, always happy to contribute.
And yes i think perceived sweetness can definitely be quite subjective and complicated since everyone might perceive it differently, i personally somehow perceived iced chai so much sweeter than chocolate and taro. And I've started adding a shot of espresso which sorted out the issue and makes for an awesome dirty chai!
Maybe a poll or survey collating how everyone think about the sweetness level for each flavor could be a good approach.

            • +1

@Jamiess: Actually yes that could be a good idea, rather than us putting together that information, we gather than insight from customers. Certainly doable and I will take note of this for once we do the full sweetness review so we can look at how to best go about this. Thanks again for that.

              Jay

  • Just curious - how long should it take for the $55 store credit to be added to my account?

I ordered on the 15th but still not showing yet - possibly once the package has been delivered?

    • +1

Thanks for asking @NedStark102, the credit will be added into your account within 10 days of your order having shipped out. So it won't be in there for a few more days, but should you have any issues after this time please don't hesitate to reach out!

I got 4 flavours last year, here's how I would rate them:

Vanilla creamy 9/10, nothing crazy but in a way where you can drink it every day without getting sick of it.

Cinnamon icing 7/10, the flavour was nice at first, but kind of intense. Adding more liquid helped though.

Birthday cake 5.5/10, intense in the same way, though without the flavour that saved the cinnamon. Definitely could've just been personal preference though, so don't be scared to try because of this.

And smooth milk chocolate 9/10. Classic like vanilla, can't go wrong. Just kind of wish I'd tried a more interesting flavour instead.

Overall though, I find amino to be way above myprotein (Which seems like their similar budget competitor). Drinking it isn't a chore, I actually look forward to it.

    • Thanks for sharing this @Bananawon! I'll be passing this over to our team, this is extremely helpful insight and will help us to further improve our range.

So you're aware, we did discontinue both the Cinnamon Icing and the Birthday Cake, but we are working on a new Cinnamon Icing following many requests for this. We still haven't nailed the flavour so no confirmed date as of yet. That feedback on the cinnamon will be very helpful as we are undertaking this redevelopment process.

Thank you again for ordering from us previously and for the support!

Just ordered, so can't give feedback on the product yet but I'd like to provide some about the website (to be helpful, not to complain) - maybe you've heard it before.

It's probably one of the slower websites I've used in recent times. Maybe I'm impatient cos I work with websites, and maybe it's okay for some people who come to the site with intent, but it's a common fact/belief that slow loading websites increase bounce rate (people giving up and leaving). I presume you've got web stats, maybe you can see your bounce rates in there and do some tweaking or spend more on servers for a month and see if it improves sales?

And the pop-up after every add-to-cart, for the same item (shaker bottle)… I don't want to have to decline it multiple times.

    • +2

Thanks for sharing this @sssx and yes I do 100% agree, our website is slow and can be clunky. We do get a bunch of feedback around this and I don't think it's doing us (or our customers) any good.

We have spent a lot of time optimising the existing site (believe it or not the website used to be a heck of a lot slower!!). And while we will certainly continue to make tweaks here and there, we have decided to put most of our efforts into a complete re-platform to eliminate all of these issues altogether. As I'm sure you would appreciate being involved with websites, it is a massive undertaking given how much customisation we have on there. It's well and truly underway though.

For the reasons you've identified, this is a major priority for us (and me personally, as I am overseeing the project). I am hoping to have us roll out a solution in the not too distant future.

Also on the popup, thanks for the suggestion about not having to decline multiple times. Great point raised and I will take note on this.

Thanks so much for raising this with me, this is quite helpful.

      Jay

      • Hi Jay, just to add to this

There is definitely something off with the points calculations when deducting from the final price. The points seem to be $0.01 off either under or above the actual value of the points sometimes.
For example, I'm trying to get $21.23 worth of samples at the moment. When inputting 2123 points to use, it'll round off to -$0.01 (so I can't make the transaction) but when inputting 2122 it'll say $0.01 needs to be paid. This doesn't seem to happen every time either, sometimes the points will work completely fine no issue, it took me about 3 tries before it got the correct $0.00 with 2123 points.

I'm not bothered by the $0.01 extra, but it does get annoying when you have a lot of items in the checkout as it takes forever to change the values and get it to load.

        just something to note

        • Thanks for sharing this @penguiniman

Looks like some rounding calculation error and I will take a lool into why this is happening. Completely understand how it's annoying given the multiple attempts and how much thinking the website does.

If you are short on any credit being applied please just flick us a message and we can manually fix in the meantime. Sorry about the issue and thanks again for raising this.

          Jay

      • Thanks for the response - hope it all goes well :)

The pop up offers could be offered when you navigate to the cart - as you may be finished adding items and ready for that offer; or a "don't ask again for this item" flag that stops it popping up. I'm sure your team will have plenty of ideas to consider for it though.

        • Awesome thanks for that feedback @sssx

Yep we have a few suggestions around this and I've taken note of this too, we'll discuss this further within the team. Thanks again!!

          Jay

  • +3

Everyone should be asking, where is choc peanut butter?

Where is the choc peanut butter?

    :P

    • +2

Thanks for asking @navyskies! We don't currently have any peanut ingredients in our facility due to it being a high risk allergen. While we undertake deep cleans between allergens, there does remain a risk of traces remaining.

So we have decided to hold off producing peanut flavours until we build out a separate room dedicated to peanuts. I unfortunately cannot give any definite dates on this as of yet, but this will be a priorirty for us.

I hope that explains and thank you again for asking!

    Just as follow up to:
    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/15257270/redir

I know it's your guarantee, but I always feel guilty and just suck up my bad flavours - however I took up Jay's kind offer to replace the two flavours I didn't like. I just asked for one bag to replace the two I didn't like but they still sent me two anyway - which shows they stand by their guarantee - and I was just surprised they went beyond when I was happy with the one bag.

I went the Aussie Choc Malt, and yes there's a carb/calorie hit with this recipe but the flavour is amazing, and it really is a malty treat that I want another glass. Maybe a touch more xantham gum (?) to get it a little more creamy - but it's a 8.5/10. This flavour is excellent with milk but also holds up just as well with just water too - which is how I have my shakes most of the time.

I got a tear off zip-loc bag for one flavour and the black slider for the other, it's good to see that the packaging situation has been resolved from last year.

I already have a pile of unflavoured, but you've won me over with the ACM flavour so I'll get 4kg this evening. Bag at work, car and at home - with a sparey.

Thanks for sharing this @bxpressiv, I am very happy to see that you've been happy with everything and that the team looked after you.

I will be passing all of this over to the team also, they will be very happy to read this.

Thanks again for reaching out and giving us the opportunity to fix what was otherwise a pretty poor experience with our product. And if there's anything else we can do please do not hesitate to reach out.

      Jay

      • Ordered- thanks. The girl is taking a bag to her work, no sparey. :)

        • Thanks for the new order @bxpressiv!

          Jay

  • Ooooh, wow thanks for those charts with the nutritional breakdowns!
(Took Aussie choc malt right out of my cart.. 😅)

Prompted me to try out some other flavours that I hadn't thought of before based on some of those figures also, cheers.

    Cool 5kg offer too. Ordered!

    • Thanks for sharing this feedback @Bangerbargain! This is really helpful for us too, I will have our team review this and we will be taking this on board as we continue to improve our flavours.

We do have a flavour similar to Biscoff in the works I'm happy to say. And I will take note of the durian suggestion too, thanks!

      Jay

    • If there's durian I hope it doesn't contaminate the rest with it's smell. Maybe it needs a separate building :P

  • Just missed out on ordering as it expired, any chance I can still get this deal?

    • +1

Thanks for your interest @TomLu and yes it has been extended, so it remains available should you wish to take advantage of the deal. Thanks for the support!

      Jay

      • Awesome, thanks Jay. I'll place an order tonight!

        • No worries, thanks for the order in advance @TomLu!

    'Whey Protein Isolate 4kg $149.99'

isn't that basically skim milk powder you could buy from the supermarket for $10/kg
    or 4kg for $40 ?

@Hangryuman thanks for asking, I'm sure there are some others may have a similar query.

Skim milk powder is a completely different product to whey protein isolate. Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) is a highly processed form of dairy which undergoes three rounds of processing to yield a very high protein percentage (90%) while eliminating carbohydrates (down to 1.2%) and fats (down to 1%). WPI is derived from whey, which is just one component of whole milk.

Meanwhile, skim milk powder is a much less processed form of dairy. The protein percentage of the Woolworths Skim Milk Powder linked is 3.5%, which is less than 4% the protein concentration of WPI. Carbohydrates are 5.3% and fat is less than 0.1%.

Despite the protein component of skim milk being negligible relative to WPI, the actual type of protein is vastly different. Milk will be approximately 20% whey and 80% casein. Taking approximate figures, while skim milk is 3.5% protein, but 20% of this will be whey, this equates to a total whey concentration of approximately 0.7% for skim milk protein (versus 90% in WPI).

The whey component of milk is a highly bioavailable protein (meaning very high quality) and is also relatively fast to absorb relative to the casein component. That's why whey is so highly valued, especially for exercise recovery.

Also worth noting, skim milk powder will taste very different to whey protein isolate powder. Skim milk powder is quite sweet. WPI is not so sweet and has a subtle milky flavour (but not the same as skim milk powder).

I do note the figures cited here for WPI are based on unflavoured. Obviously once we add flavouring in, this will reduce the protein percentage somewhat, and this varies between flavours (refer to the table in the OP for details).

I hope this sheds some light, thanks again for asking!

      Jay

      • Whey to go on that write up!

        • +1

          Thanks :)

By the way one thing I just wanted to clarify in my post above. When I mentioned that the WPI undergoes three rounds of processing, this is of the whey itself, not of the milk.

They whey that we use is a biproduct derived from the cheese making process. This whey is then processed multiple times to get a relatively pure source of protein in the form of WPI. WPC is a form of whey protein that is less processed relative to WPI (and hence why WPI has a notably higher protein concentration, as pure WPC is commonly 80%).

This also explains a key reason why whey protein powder is so much more expensive than skim milk powder. There is a lot that goes into producing this product. Not only that, but for x amount of WPI powder, a heck of a lot more milk is required to be processed for the equivalent amount of skim milk powder to be produced.

  • Hi Jay,
I just made my purchase of 4kg WPI, i was wondering how long does it take for cashback to be available in my account as i wanted to purchase creatine and shaker with the z points.

    Thank you.

    • +1

      Thanks for the purchase @1centTomato!

The Z Points (store credit) will be added back in to your account within 10 days of your order shipping. Any issues please feel free to reach out to our team!

      Thanks again for the support!

      Jay

  • Hi Rep, Any plan to introduce hydrolysed version of these for those with digestive issues?asking for a friend

    • Thanks for asking @JAP01. We do not have firm plans for this, but it has been raised in the past and is something we are investigating.

Hydrolysed WPI protein is harder to come by as less suppliers stocl this. With some samples we have received, it has been harder to flavour, as it does have a more bitter taste to it.

That said, this is something we are continuing to look into. Thanks again for asking this and for your interest.

      Jay

  • i haven't tried my other 3 flavours yet but done choc malt and melon milk.
    * choc malt - its ok, nothing exciting but still a good flavour lol (looking forward to the brazillian one)
    * melon milk - i was worried about this one but gosh having a smell tastes like something i'm having from asia, and drinking it - surprisingly enjoy this one :)
    * taro milk tea - only smelt it but smells good!

@prankster thanks for sharing this! I really appreciate the feedback and I'll share this with our team too.

Of course if you're unhappy with anything, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

      Jay

  • idk man, i bought the 4kg for like $140 or so last time. Now I got the amino z creatine for $37 but i used the 3700 points out of the 5000 points for the last deal.

I'm not sure how to thank you but I am also not sure if this is robbery. Thank you so much for the deal, I will tell all my friends and family about amino z!

    • +1

Well thanks for the new order @Lit Homie, even if it came out of the Z Points from the last deal :) It's all part of the offer.

I really appreciate the kind words and telling your friends and family about us! It means a lot to us as a small business. Thanks again!

      Jay

  • How long will this deal go for?

    • Hi @Chrisgg we currently have this set to end today. We have extended this deal already (originally set to end on Sunday). Thanks for asking and for your interest!

      Jay

  • Impressive delivery, I ordered Sunday night and they got here this morning, I've received two different packages do I guess one of them is the old one.

I will see how it goes

    • Thanks for sharing @guieloi, I'm glad you're happy! I hope you enjoy the protein.

      Jay

  • IMO, my quick review of the flavours

Choc-Honeycomb: Just sweet chocolate flavour, only a tiny tiny tiny bit of honeycomb flavour, may be the smell tho…..
Melon-Milk: Taste like sweet milk, the melon is from the smell, can't really taste the melon. I had to return this flavour because it was so bland.
Brazillian Chocolate: This is my new fav, it has a rich chocolate taste
Smooth Milk Choc: On the lighter side of the chocolate family if you don't want that huge chocolate hit.
Vanilla Creamy: Standard flavour, nothing special to it for those who just want to quickly gulp down something

    • Great feedback, thanks for sharing this @hasher22. I will pass this along to our team, some good points you've raised that we will certainly review.

      Thanks again for the support!

      Jay

  • I dream of the day cinnamon icing comes back haha
Great deal as always, cheapest and greatest no bs WPI in the market, I remember buying since you could create your own preworkout and I’m pretty sure that was ages ago lmao

    • Hi @eetswaShifty and thanks for those kind words!

Cinnamon is being worked on and it does seem to be sorely missed since we transitioned to thaumatin. We haven't got anything good enough for release yet, but I am hopeful that we will be able to nail this flavour.

And wow, custom blending was a heck of a long time ago (~2017)! That one was somewhat of a failed project which we never really managed to figure out. Thanks for supporting us all this time.

    Hi Jay,

Received the samples in time for me to put in an order before the promotion expired.

No samples for the Brazilian Chocolate, but I bought some on faith alone!

Tried some of the vegan samples, and unfortunately the texture is not super appealing personally.

However, the Caramel Butterscotch is an outstanding flavour, almost good enough for me to ignore the texture of the plant protein.

Any plans to bring that flavour over to your WPI range?

    • +1

Glad to hear they arrived in time @KSMLJ!

We only just released the Brazilian Chocolate, so no samples as of yet but it has been well received (and is backed by our guarantee of course).

Yeah the vegan protein texture will be different to that of whey admittedly. I would recommend going for whey if you don't have any issues with it, as it is a more neutral base.

We don't have any firm plans about the caramel butterscotch in the WPI, but I will pass that suggestion along.

      Jay

    • Agree, Caramel Butterscotch was my favourite of the vegan proteins :)

  • I had the Brazilian Brigadeiro and it is probably the best cocoa whey I have ever tried.

My wife also made a shake with the Banana one and it tasted pretty good, I still have three kg of ON Golden Standard but I think they are being downgraded now to be my office wheys as I feel like Amino's ones are better.

On a different note, I was planing to get the creatine but I'm having a lot of issues with the website not letting me login and failing the "I'm not a robot" test.

    • +1

Thanks for the kind feedback @guieloi!

Are you attempting to log in via a VPN? If so try disabling that, it might be triggering the website security. Alternatively feel free to send over a direct message here and Vanessa will be able to sort this out for you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

      Jay

      • Yea, company's vpn that was it, also when do I get the store credit?

        • Within 10 days

        • +1

Ah cool, glad that got sorted. And yep confirming as KSMLJ said, 10 days after your order ships out. Thanks again!

          Jay

  • Placed an order just in time! Thanks for the extension, happy to be a repeat customer!

    • Thanks for the order @jake32!

      Jay

  • Pulled the trigger with 5 mins to spare. I bought a Kmart anko shaker but it's not dishwasher safe. Bought 4 x of your shaker.

    Flavours I bought:
    Matcha
    Pandan
    Brazillian Choc
    Taro.

I am currently taking Whey Protein ON Naturally flavoured as Sucralose makes me gag. I am hoping Thaumatin doesnt make me gag either. $140 2.1KG (O/N) vs $150 4KG (Amino Z).

So confirming if any of the flavours don't go down well, we can return and swap for another flavour? Who pays postage if so?

    • Thanks for giving us a go @R3XNebular!

Our shakers are dishwasher safe so you should be covered there.

In terms of the flavours, if you don't like them we'll cover everything including postage :)

      Thanks again!

      Jay

  • oh goddarn. My fault I didn't check the deal expiry time, finally set my mind to buying and came here at 1am and deal was over by an hour (and the sale was on for a pretty long time too!). Hitting myself! Will wait for the next deal now…

    • Ah sorry you missed it!! Thanks so much for your interest though. I'll reach out to you, we can sort something out.
