                @pea: You could buy it yourself rather than through the chat agent. They just need to give you a code, then you could say "thanks, will think about it". So long as you're buying a S23/24 series, it should apply regardless.

    Thanks everyone for the alert! Just got the S23 Ultra for $870 (not including the $60 late charge because I may just trade in my S8. Its pretty old anyway) :)

      S23 Ultra discount was 35% off RRP and S23 discount was 30% off RRP.
      SSFIVE is supposed to be super secret discount or variable discount off RRP depending upon the product you choose from eligible list.

      5% store app discount is separate to this.

      just tell them you will order on web and get the code. It will work in the app without issues.

      it will not work in EPP or EDU stores.

        Just received the first complaint: can’t charge with any old charger or cable lol I thought it’s usb C or type C anyway need to spent some time to coach how to use it.
        Yes I was thinking about some cheaper brands and even nearly went for S23 FE deal. But the price is too good to resist so I got a ultra hoping it will last a few years.

      The $120 they charged you will not be refunded + $60 device no return fee will be charged in addition. I am sure you can sell it on marketplace for more than $180.

      I would spend a bit more and get a good Spigen case from Amazon. Yes, they are pricey but man do they protect your device. I have had one on my Huawei Mate 20 for 4 years now and it has saved my phone from a few falls.

        Yeah it definitely was, but when I placed the order, it said "Get it by 16/05/24". I guess they let me jump the queue for some weird reason.     I just received my s23 and been playing around with its features but it doesnt seem too much of an upgrade from my 2019 s10 model? A bit disappointed actually. Besides the faster hertz rate. I cant seem to fully commit to the s23. Most disappointed in s23 camera it smoothes things out very unnecessarily and nightography doesnt stand out so far. Maybe my expectations for the camera were too high?

    Those that got the s23 what feature are u most pleased with?

    Im trying to convince myself to switch from my daily s10 to s23.
