Pretty well known headphone now, that's even had a silent revision to reduce its mid-treble issues a bit. Very neutral (without the bass boost of a closed back), good bass and treble extension for an open back, overall considered a competitor alongside the HD600 to some.

Not quite possessing the timbral strengths of that something like a 6XX - or the ability to scale as much with gear - but makes up for it somewhat with its imaging and staging on lesser setups.
