    What is your return policy on the $598 samsung ultrabook?

    I want to get it but need to make sure it doesn't produce excessive heat and is comfortable to use on my lap for long periods.

      Honestly it is an ultrabook so they tend to be pretty good at heat dissipation. But it is pretty hard to say what will be "comfortable" that is a bit of a vague term.

      I have this ultrabook. It gets warm enough to cook your balls to "medium rare", but not so hot that it overcooks them to "well done".

      In other words, you should still be reasonably fertile.

      Seriously though, because it is 13" and thin, if you're sitting down and have it on your lap, it's not in an ideal position for viewing the screen. You'd prob want to prop it up with something so that it's higher.

      It WAS a one day sale, the deal was launched at 9:30am this morning. So they lasted about 10 hours roughly.

    The Asus UX31E i5 Pink. Does this have any customisation options and can you put a 512GB SSD in it?

    The Samsung NP530U3C-A06AU. Is there any possibility of having a 512GB SSD option on this one alongside the 12GB of RAM?

      Hi Moggy,

      The Asus machine is an msata drive so a 512GB msata is going to cost almost as much as the machine itself.

      The NP530 is better because it is a standard size drive. Shoot us an email though and we can go over the options for you.
