A 1440p monitor with a VA panel at this price is just not worth it, I don't think Dell has kept competitive in pricing and quality in the last 5 years if this is a refurbished price…

the cheapest 34" IPS that I know of goes for nearly double ($629) though

Just noted dell S3422DWG is now $429 with voucher code DNCPAU10 comes down to $386.10 which I thinl is ATL. I bought in Dec 23 at around $476 which was low at time.
