  • Matt, I sent an e-mail with no reply to my answer.

    My plan includes SSL as your site say's, but I am not able to SSL my site. There's no certificate options or anything.. I called they said they'll try and get an answer but now I have to pay for it? It's included -.-

      The SSL mentioned here seems to be Shared SSL, a dedicated SSL cert. is expensive, I doubt they'd give it for free at this price…

      As Elijah mentioned, the SSL certificate is a shared SSL certificate, so you'll need to use the hostname for your secure SSL pages.

      The Business plan includes support for a personalised SSL certificate, which is $35 per year, and requires a dedicated IP address which is $5 per month.

    I'm using rack servers and their customer support although prompt is subpar, rude guys that just want to be right instead of solving your problems,

    Me"Hi I can't access anything from my workplace"
    Rack servers:"Maybe you should make sure you type your password in right? [before we firewall you]"

    This was due to a staff member entering an email password wrong too many times, they blocked the entire IP and no one had email, I also explained this in a follow up, he made it clear he wasn't interested in further solving a future problem "It's working now"

    Just in case anyone follows up with a "how about rack servers"
