There is a trick with the Dell website rewards: if you just visit the website, create an account and click a few things here and there, you get rewarded. I had like ~$40 worth of rewards without buying anything, but the catch is that it's a $10 voucher minimum at a time and the total after subtracting the voucher needs to be greater than $50. So I had to buy 3 bags and a $20 voucher was automatically applied, plus using the discount code DELLAU5% and the rounding down meant I paid $55.37 for the 3 bags.

Just an FYI that the 3 bags finally got delivered.
Very happy with them! I cycle commute to work so the built-in raincover is perfect (especially in Melbourne with it's unpredictable weather). I appreciate the inside of the main compartment being a light grey colour so it's easier to see inside. Also good that the main compartment zippers can be positioned at your back (just behind your neck) for better security.
The only negative I can think of is that the laptop compartment isn't suspended e.g. an inch above the bottom of the bag. The raincover at the bottom does offer a little shock protection but only cushions the main compartment and doesn't really cushion the laptop compartment. But I guess it's easy enough to put some foam at the bottom of the laptop compartment yourself…
There's also an adjustable sternum strap and a luggage passthrough strap so the bag will be great as carry-on baggage / travel bag.

The stitching on one of my straps however is coming undone so hopefully can claim through 3yr warranty.
a colleague, had four in his cart when it went OOS and managed to order anyway, his card hasn't been charged yet but we'll see. He had another item in his cart, so they can't fully cancel. I have stakes in one of the packs.

Mine is 20th Jan, and I assume it will now go to FEB or MAR, what a pathetic order management system of DELL? They have the same product listed for 96 and isn't on sale, which means they do have an inventory in hand. Not sure what dodgy activity they are doing.

same mine shipped, RANT: trust dell to email me twice and text me and none of those actually include the tracking number. But since i paid with paypal the order is not on my account. Despite 3 the methods of communication. I had to create a new account that uses my paypal email address just to get a tracking number. Unreal.
