    out of stock on line!

    • Still AVAILABLE online in Qld - 24hr later. Depends on your location. Shows In-stock at all my local Kmart.

Ordered late 2/1 - "ready to pickup" message from store 2.5k away.
In case there was no stock, later ordered for delivery - being sent.

      • I just tried again and was successful in order it few days ago. Maybe they have returned from holiday.

  • Any noticeable lag from a tv to bluetooth headphones?

    • Yeah there will be. This doesn't do low latency.

    • Yes, very noticeable to the point of being useless for TV in my case.

  • Just got a refund notice. Booooo

  • I am having problems using this Bluetooth transmitter with my AirPods Pro. It pairs but no audio. My old regular AirPods work.

    • Did you try to turn-up the volume on the phone?

      • Yes I tried turning up the volume,

        • Did you try turning them on?

Ordered 2 of these and Kmart sent me a worthless paperback book.

1 hour wasted on the live chat and Kmart decided to refund in 3-5 business days and closed the chat immediately.

Anyone else have a similar experience?

A bit concerned the book ploy is a tactic rather than an honest mistake…

    • Nah i got mine today with couriers pls

  • Got mine today. But struggling to set it up with non Bluetooth compatible tv. So on tv, there is no dedicated Aux port, but it has various old style RGB connections. I can see my headphone connects to device. But I m not understanding which port I should use at tv end….any thoughts? Below is the TV we have, it shows all available ports on it….

    • I haven't picked mine up yet, but I am assuming you set up your BT Transmitter as in this picture:
      https://kmartau.mo.cloudinary.net/f479e734-90a7-4809-83aa-9e…
and plug that into your TV's headphones port.
If you don't want to have to disconnect to recharge every so often, you could (hopefully) power the device from a USB port on your TV. If you don't have a USB port on your TV then you must have a very old TV, as mine is nearly 20 years old and has multiple!

Note: I jumped on this deal with half a mind of making my old non-BT telly compatible with BT headphones, but from the comments there doesn't seem to be Low latency support so you might find your audio lags up to 0.4 s behind what you are watching. If you are lucky your TV might have an adjustable setting (for LG it is called AV Sync Adjustment). My telly doesn't have anything like this as BT wasn't considered back then.

    • If your TV does not have a 3.5mm headphone socket, you can get a RGB to male 3.5mm cable which will then plug into the Anko BT device. No guarantee that will work though.

      • i have tried with RGB cable but no luck. so 1 thing i forgot to mention is we only cast videos on this tv to watch, for that we use HDMI output from TV. My challenge is given no dedicated aux out from tv, i don't know where to plug in the tv end…..rest of the RGB seems to be allocated for other external outputs (eg. PC, Component 1 & 2, etc…)

Does your casting device support bluetooth, or have a headphone jack?

          • @sam buster: It's Google Chromecast but older version. I will check

Just looked at the pdf for your TV.
You could try a Y-adaptor from your audio out (two male plugs to a female socket)

  • Just got it today. I am trying to find out how to make it work.

    • What are you using it with?

    • Yea, I struggled. I couldn't connect to any older devices (pixel 5, google home) can't see the device. My iPad 9th gen can see and connect. So I think it's a Bluetooth 5.3 backwards compatible problem? Is that a thing?

  • my order has been stuck in "being prepared" since Jan 9th, have they run out of stock? hoping to get it to use on my flight with my bluetooth earbuds

For those having trouble with stock, try Target, same item, same price. Plenty on shelf at The Glen VIC.

  • Don't believe Kmart's website if it says 'out of stock' in your local store. My local store still has a handful in stock in a glass cabinet with a $15 clearance label but it still scans at $5.

  • OP can you update this price? It's even cheaper now $3.

    • Done thank you

  • Thought I missed out after having my OnePass order during the deal days and out-of-stock (Vic) but then noticed it could be ordered again a few days ago so tried again and got the shipping notification.
Paid $5 but now it's out of stock again so I'll take that as lucky enough!

FYI - I picked up one of these (when they were $5) to untether myself from an upcoming flight. I had paired this device to my earphone/headphones that allow for multi-point, and it was made easier to connect to this anko device by being able to initiate the connection from my earphone/headphone app (e.g. Soundcore app for Soundcore Space A40) - i.e. earphones connected to both my phone and this anko device. As expected and mentioned by others, there was a bit of latency that is more noticeable for those fast-paced action movies (e.g. gunfire delay between flash and bang). Despite the latency, it did allow me to get out of my seat and walk around the aircraft cabin still listening and watching the show/movie whilst doing stretches or bathroom break. The battery lasts about 2-3 hours per charge, but you can still use the device whilst it is being charged - i.e. it is not that much of an issue if there's a spare USB-port in the in-flight entertainment screen. Due to the latency, it is not a device that I would use on the regular (e.g. at home with the TV etc).

  • Just got 2 in WA 🙂 not sure if they've been replenished or something?
