[Samsung Pay] Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: $300 off, $200 Trade Bonus, $100 off Cart Code, $100 off Chat, 10% off SamPay @ Samsung

Add your trade in details to get the $200 bonus credit.

At the cart page, there's a red 'Get offer' banner on the side of the page, that'll give $100 off (unique code expires 31 Mar 2025).

Get onto chat and request the $100 trade in bonus code.

Buy it from the Samsung Shop app to get additional 5% off, for first time purchasers.

Use Samsung Pay to get additional 10% off (not confirmed as I don't have a Samsung phone to test atm).

For this I chose the Samsung S25 Ultra 256GB variant.

My best guess at the final total cost:

  1. Cart price without additional discounts = $1,849.00
  2. Add trade-in ($5 min. value) for $200 off = $1,644.00
  3. Add cart page code $100 offer = $1,544.00
  4. Add chat $100 bonus trade-in code = $1,444.00
  5. Use Samsung Shop app 5% off first time purchase = $1,371.80
  6. (At this point your totals will vary due to trade in-value but let's go with $1 cracked screen trade in) = $1,375.60 (price corrected)
  7. Use Samsung Pay 10% off = $1,238.04 (price corrected)

  • Samsung pay with AMEX just does not work. Samsung not willing to help either.

    • Did you try adding a Visa or Mastercard then switch to it and switch back to Amex & see if it works? Others have advised that this method worked for them.

      • Yeah tried that and still doesn't work

    • Worked for me after add 1 or 2 cards. Just swap around then you can use AMEX. I had to try few times then it wokred for me.

          When checking out both the VISA and AMEX cards were available but selecting the AMEX card resulted in the error message "Card not support by Samsung Shop" or something similar.

          Restarted my phone and was then able to checkout using Samsung Wallet / Pay, I could then select the AMEX card and the PIN option.

    Asking for a friend who wants to order after seeing my order.

    She has created a samsung account n got all discounts but samsung pay is not even showing up as the payment option for her (it only show paypal or cc).

    Any idea why?

    • Needs to be completing the purchase on a Samsung device with Samsung Pay set up on it.

      • yep. It has been done but still not showing up as an option while checkout.

        samsung cc are of no help.

          Paypal or CC option is for the trade-in provider to debit the money for the the value of trade-in device. Once that stage completes, then the final payment will show Samsung Pay option.
          Purchased yesterday Samsung Galaxy S25 Blueblack for $760.10 (original price $1,399)

          • @smartbro: My friend is at the check out page when paypal and cc option is displayed. If we enter the cc details, won't we get charged the full order amount?

            Asking as in my order (without samsung pay offer) as soon as I put the cc details, I was charged the full amount of the order.

              @Nps: Try updating the Samsung Pay app. I had to and it worked for me.

      thats probably the trade in security charge thing - that confused me too - just accept and pay it (you have to read the blurb carefully to understand that its to do with the trade in) that then it will move to a separate phone cart pay option the samsung pay option

  • Just about to place an order with the S25U but notice it said Ships from 14 Apr 2025. I want to claim TRS & going overseas on the 15 Apr. I called the Samsung pickup shop to see if they got any stock so I can opt for pick up in store. They told me if order online & pick up in store, stock won't be coming from the store itself. It will be shipped there to collect. Does any know if that is true what he advised me? I thought item only ship to the store for pick up if store don't have the stock that I wanted but he said that's not the case.

    • Thats correct. Even if you select pick up at store, all online orders will still need to be shipped from Samsung warehouse to that store.
      BTW I placed an order for S25U 256GB Titanium Black at 9am today, and its already shipped and scheduled for delivery tomorrow as per Startrack tracking info.

          Not sure why someone negged my comment above.
          I have placed online orders a few times with collection from Samsung store in Sydney CBD next to my office, and every time the order was shipped by Samsung via Startrack and I received Startrack tracking number also for the delivery of my order to the store. Once the order arrives at store, there is a
          SMS/Email sent by the store also for the order ready to be picked up. So whether you choose delivery to your home or store, its the same delivery process vis Startrack.

          • @OZBsince2018: Thank you for your detailed explanation. You have confirmed what the Samsung Store has advised me is true. Well, I didn't end up ordering as ship from date is just one day before I travel even though I select pick up in store.
