    We definitely have our logo on the website, but I have seen the issue you're talking about from time to time since we did a redesign in February. Probably due to a caching issue.

    Any chance you can tell us where you saw the Phox logo?

    Looking at the access history, I can see someone has visited /wordpress-hosting/pricing instead of /wordpress-hosting/#pricing. That could have been the issue. I got the correct link set here though

      Thanks. Regarding the servers then, are these dedicated hosts for yourself customers, or shared infrastructure (ie. VPS, etc)? Or public cloud hosted?

        We have our own dedicated, bare-metal servers. The resources of hosting accounts you receive are shared among other users on the same server though.

        But we have set resource limits to ensure a fair share of resources. Currently, the memory limits are set to 1GB, 2GB and 3GB for our 3 WordPress plans respectively with each having 50MB/s available for IO (we use NVMe storage).
