    I have received the surface pro 7 A grade today, but there are a lot of scratches on the back, I dont think this is considered A grade machine, can I please send it back?

      Receive mine too it has light scratch and they promise it comes with keyboard but there was nothing.

    Received the surface pro 7 today with the following feedback:
    Battery cycles 394 with a 15% battery wear.

    Screen has a small circle mark around bottom centre which is noticeable when viewing dark image and not in light display parts.

    Back of the tablet has barely any scratches or marks on it and the screen itself so that’s a plus.

    Came with a keyboard and the keyboard keys are in great condition however around the edges near the touchpad not so much but that’s to be expected on used condition.

    Can see some wear and tear around the side of the tablet but wouldn’t notice from a distance.

    Shipping time was quick for standard delivery and packaged well with plenty of bubble wrap.

    In summary I’m happy with it.

    Received my SB 2 it's mint almost no marks on it. Battery cycles are 8 for the tablet 19 for the base. Overall it's much better than I expected and huge. Glad I pulled the trigger

      Looks like the Surface Book 2s come in better condition than the Surface Pros, as my SB2 was also in excellent condition. If it wasn't for the tiny bit of sticker residue on the top of the lid, I would easily think it was brand new. And the batteries only had 3 cycles on them. Makes you wonder what kind of organisation has the budget to buy a heap of over $3000 laptops, sit them in the box for years and then just dump them…

    Got my SB2 - completely pristine, not even sticker residue, and less than 25 battery cycles on both components. If you told me it was new I'd believe you, save for the odd Windows 11 21H2 installation with secure boot disabled.

    Wiped with the legacy Surface Data Eraser and installed a fresh W11 24H2 with the latest driver pack from Microsoft. Good as new.

    Something to keep in mind that I didn't know beforehand is that the GTX 1060 is slightly custom, and the last NVIDIA drivers to officially support it were released in Dec '23. Some people have reported success in modifying newer versions to bind to the device ID, though.

      I noticed the same with the Nvidia drivers; the newest driver off the website would not install, and the Nvidia App installed the 2023 version saying it was the latest. I am just wondering if there's any real reason to try and muck around to get the very newest driver installed. I mean how much of a real life difference would just a newer driver really make?

    Be careful when buying from them, they refused to provide a return shipping label for returning the grade A unit that has lot of scratches on the back. So now i am losing money by sending it back, and i have to pay for the postage myself even though it’s not my fault. Very disappointing.

    Received our Surface Pro. Looks in good condition but battery life is poor. Have logged a ticket. They seem pretty helpful so hopefully will be resolved.
