Pretty good deal and you get a free router when connecting for 12 months. If you cancel your nbn plan within 12 months, an early termination fee of $10 for each month remaining, plus the month of cancellation, will apply for the router.
nbn FTTP or HFC 1000/50 $85/Month for 12-Months ($105/Month Ongoing) + Eero 6+ Router (Free after 12 Months) @ Southern Phone

 - does early termination fee only count if you get the router
 - Any other providers offering 1000/ 50 or 250/100 around the same price point of $85?
 - Around a month from the deal was posted, any first hand reviews from the people who went for it?
 - if you are on FTTP, go for it, FTTP is much more stable despite the suppliers.
 - Complaints need to included the type of nbn technology and need to compare apples to apples. FTTN will have more issues than FTTP. - You can't compare a FTTN to FTTP completely different experience..
 - For those who signed up - when did you have to add your payment details? First time over not had to include credit card details at signup. - You don't… They will bill you:)

Southern Phone was horrible as an ISP for the short period I was with them. Was extremely painful when they bought up MyNetFone and migrated me over for that last month I was living at my old townhouse.
I considered myself lucky to be moving in with my now wife in her new townhouse which had HTTP.
