I don't think so, it seems like it comes with a USB cable that you plug into your own power supply.
One review says it terminates early for 1.5V li-ion batteries, but as of 19/4/25 seller is saying a firmware update will be released to fix it soon.
Dont know how soon that will actually be so something to keep in mind if that's what you plan to use it for.

Edit: According to comments it gives a red light for nimh, so only Lithium batteries supported. Other is a different model.
As it includes 8 batteries as is, still isn't a bad option.
